I received and order with three ink cubes. The lid to one of the cubes was cracked in transit. Not only did they quickly replace it, they sent me a free re-inker for the cube with a little note "so sorry your order contained a defect". That's top notch customer service.

Best customer service ever! I had a problem one time where they shipped me the wrong ink color. They let me keep the wrong one, they fixed it right away and sent me a little something for my trouble. I also like that they have people answering the phone. Not many others do that anymore. They spend the money to hire people to be there when you need help. I may be old school but if I have to fill out a help ticket online, I'm done.

I had exactly the opposite experience. I won't shop there again. I did as well. Twice. The first time was so bad that the person may have been disciplined when the head of customer service (or Gina) found out about it (since it was in writing and undeniable). To their credit, they tried to make it right by sending me a Christmas card kit that was sold out and some other stuff. I told them I wouldn’t hold it against them (and I didn’t) and I’d be back. A few months later, I had a bad experience where the person was really rude on the phone (and wrong). It wasn’t as bad as the first time. I would’ve reported it, but since it was on the phone and I didn’t have proof of the rudeness and poor customer service, plus I didn’t want them to think that I was trying to get free products from them (I’m certainly not, I just can’t stand rudeness and treating people terrible), so I didn’t report it. I know my experiences are not the norm and they are known for good customer service, but that has not been my experience at all. I’ll give them one more chance. I still order from them but haven’t needed customer service for anything so far, At some point I’m sure I will need to ask them something, so if that time is not good, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Man, that sucks. I’m sorry. Thank you. It sucks because I love GinaK and I really hate complaining to a company. I try to be mindful that someone could be having an off day, so I usually let it sit for awhile and if it’s still bothering me, I report it.
