Not because of the teachers fully, but the products arent my style. There are some Im not familiar with and some Im excited to take classes with bc of the teaching style and/or the product. |

It's a mix of all of the above. Card making style and products (they've all gone into the donate bin from previous classes). But, I have learned things from all of them in the past. Personally they seem like great people.

I like the addition of Tasnim/Altenew. I watch Kelly Kohout's weekly lives for Honey Bee, so I'm happy she's part of it. I don't know much about Stephanie Barnard except I have one of her Stamps of Life sets.
As I mentioned previously for me the price will be a factor in re-registering or not.

I haven’t done that one yet. 🙃 Yes, and he did another card with flowers—I can picture it in my mind’s eye. Some cards participants made are in the FB album but I don’t see the video for that one. I kept all the videos in a youtube play list, but only see the the tree one, so now I’m confused. Maybe azcrafty will know where the flower one is to unconfuse me. 😳 |

Has anyone used the Crafter's Companion stamp set? The one of the numbers, cake, presents and balloons? It also came with a matching die set.
I tried to use the number stamps tonight and they would not stamp cleanly. and I had trouble getting them to stick to my stamp platform. The 0, the thin side would not touch the paper. The 3, the top would not stamp. Then I tried to stamp the set of balloons, the tops of those would not stamp. I had to put a cardstock shim underneath the paper in places that the stamps did not touch.
I'm ready to throw it away.

I will probably do it but I’m really only looking forward to 1/2 of them. The rest of the products I will probably sell. I really like Gina ks classes. I don’t buy her stuff normally but I keep her stuff from these events because of the tips i learn. I really like Taylor as a teacher but I do tend to resell the products I get. I love honeybee generally. Love spellbinders and they were super generous the product last time. I like hero arts but the product can be hit and miss for ne keeping it. I love lawn Fawn But those are the only ones I’m into. I did like the flocking from pink and main at the last event which made the cards fun. The rest of them I like the people just not in love with the product. This is a dilemma. I really wish they were bringing back pinkfresh, stamp market and mama elephant. I like Altenew but tend not to buy their stuff. |

I'm leaning toward skipping this event and come back for the fall one.
I like how the fall ones have a good mix of themes for the cards: Christmas- Fall- Birthday- Thinking of you
I did only 1 spring one and I recall to have Birthday- Thinking of You-Thank yous.

I’m curious about the price now that’s it’s expanded to 3 days.
The one thing I like about this event is that it’s a mix of manufacturers. That being said, the line up does not get me excited about the event so I think I’m going to pass this time.
I did sign up for the Pink Fresh Create & Connect just to try a different virtual event.

Circling back to this. As much as I enjoyed myself last month, now that we know the instructors/brands for spring, I think I'm going to skip the spring event as well. I'm pretty bummed about it, but looking over the list again (for me) there are 6 "duds" in the group. And I do realize that the instructions/brands could come up with something I totally love this time around. The more I get into card-making, the pickier I'm becoming.... I am doing the late winter Pink Fresh event. YAY! And I hope y'all will keep posting other card-making events here (I just don't follow all the different brands/designers) as they are announced. I might do some of those smaller events instead. Some of the items I've never even opened. I suppose I ought to, in case I run into issues with products like MDscrapaholic just did with CC. That's one class' products that I haven't touched yet. |

I am really on the fence with the Spring event! There are 3 (possibly 4) instructors/companies that aren't favorites of mine and whose products I ended up donating. I'll need to see the cost to decide if I am going to do this one or wait until Fall. I wish we could see sneaks before signing up...
I have FOMO though so I'll probably end up caving LOL!!
