I don’t get why he still can’t be made to testify. You do or witness something at your job then quit and it all just goes away? That doesn’t make sense. I also don’t understand why he wasn’t called in sooner. He should have been called immediately after the bombshell and once subpoenaed he would still have to testify. Is this true because it’s a committee? Or are they just making things up as they go like former can just declassify at will.

I have seen in several places that tfg is stress tweeting on his platform today. Last I saw it was over 60 posts. Seems like he can feel the walls closing in!!

Cohen and Rudy were his lawyers so client privilege could be used, but the investigators/special masters also had to screen out any other clients' info.

RE: the Mueller report, honest question. Because there were so many instances of potential obstruction brought forward in that report which was basically ignored solely because of the republican majority in the senate at the time, would it be possible at this point for the other republicans who kicked dirt over that be considered obstructionist themselves as well for covering his ass (and probably for some of them, their own too)? Including Barr? I mean, is that something that could happen when and if all of this stuff is ever finally pulled out into the light of day?

I’ve been trying to keep up with all of the various legal issues that all seem to be spiraling but really there is Just.So.Much. It’s totally nuts and impossible to keep up.
