I’ve had luck with puréed strawberries & ice and puréed watermelon & ice. Feels great on the sore throat. Plus easy to get down & keep down. The Outshine bars are good too. So is homemade chicken noodle soup. I’m 13 days out from onset of symptoms, got monoclonal antibodies, and am still symptomatic and testing positive. I’m still having trouble eating solid food, even Saltines. Hoping you have a much speedier recovery!

The prescription I was given really kicked this quicker than I expected. I am already testing negative and other than the yucky taste in my mouth and an upset stomach from the antibiotics I was given for a double ear infection, I am pretty close to being back to normal.
