We're down to the last couple of days, with only one sketch to go after today. My last sketch is from the Hip Kit blog. And my layout: My twist this week is to use 1 of something on your project. It can be one of anything: 1 photo, 1 word title, 1 patterned paper, 1 embellishment cluster, 1 colour (+ black or white), make 1 card, anything as long as there is only one of them. On my page I've used 1 photo and a 1 word title. If you're playing with a quarterly team claim 5 points for using the sketch, one point for using the twist on any project, and a bonus of 2 points if you use the twist with this sketch.

First of all, I love the sketch: so different and so much fun! Second, Chinagirl828 , I have to say I am always amazed by how you interpret a sketch. I saw the big numbers and wonky strips of pp. You came up with clean lines and a classic look, yet it I can still see the sketch in there. And you kept the fun with the photo and the cascading journal strips.

What a great page!! You always come up with THE BEST stories to tell. I think I want to scraplift your page exactly, but with my own journaling of course. I have the same memories of watching it every night back in the days of Scott & Charlene, Mike and Plain Jane Superbrain, Des and Daphne etc. It started the year I was doing Year 12. I hadn't watched the show for decades, but I tuned in to watch the final episode. I loved every minute of it, except for bloody Kylie. I love her, and I was so excited to see her back in Ramsey Street, but I was so pissed off that she didn't mutter more than a few words. Ugh! It was funny the next day on social media, everyone was asking whether she got paid by the word!

Oh, and I want to second what grammadee said about your skill in interpreting sketches. My mind immediately went to some kind of list layout, like my 8 favourite TV shows, but then I scrolled down and saw your LO that is very clearly the sketch, but also quite different.

grammadee and AussieMeg thank you so much for your kind words. I've never been very good at following sketches exactly as they are My first thought for this sketch was also along the lines of using the numbers to highlight 8 things about a photo, maybe a childhood photo and 8 random memories associated with it, and I actually started my journaling for this page tied to numbers, but quickly realised it was going to look better without it. I love seeing how everyone interprets the sketches. I tuned in to watch the final episode. I loved every minute of it, except for bloody Kylie. I love her, and I was so excited to see her back in Ramsey Street, but I was so pissed off that she didn't mutter more than a few words. Ugh! It was funny the next day on social media, everyone was asking whether she got paid by the word! I felt the same way, it seemed like such a big deal had been made about her return and then she didn't really say anything. I did read something that said the storyline hadn't been finalised so they needed generic enough footage to fit in with whatever was later decided, but I'm sceptical, Jason was in the same scenes and still said more than she did.

Linda I thought this sketch would be perfect for all the scraps we were likely to have left over by the end of month, and you've used some beautiful papers here. I really like how your version is clean and linear with the photo front and centre.

Thanks for the great sketch Chinagirl828 ! I had a number of ideas in mind for my layout (including copying yours exactly haha), and I finally settled on this one. That cute little baby is now an 18 year old boy man working full time! 😫 I daresay that I will use this sketch again to do a page more like yours.
