Shakti, cmpeter, pinklady, and MDscrapaholic Love catching up on your creations, I haven't opened this thread in a while. You all have given me loads of inspiration for next year's holidays for sure. I really enjoy seeing everyone else's cardmaking styles in these threads! <3

My final post of the quarter (I promise). This is from Club Scrap’s July kit. I also got this (very inexpensive) stamp at Michael’s: . I had just been putting my initials and the year on the backs. I like that this has space for me to put those into the image and that “Limited Edition” works for kit cards and my own designs.

So much fun over here! Need to leave some love. Starting on page two: pinklady, those dove cards with the swoosh are spectacular! Love the bit of silver glimmer and your choice of colours. Very pretty. cmpeter, those two cards are each amazing. Love the fun beachy scene--and the greeting. So fun! And that home card is so elegant. Love the detail of the embossed siding and window bows! Beautiful! Shakti, that birthday card is lovely. I love sunflowers. And you did a great job of that fun fold. Very creative. Moving on to page three:Those stamped ornaments on your cards look so Nordic and so cool, MDscrapaholic. Were those all tiny stamps? Such a lot of work! I love flying Santa images and your inked sky behind the silhouettes make these cards fun. And another beautiful folded card, Shakti. Everything from you paper choices to the silver doily all have a richness to them. The people who receive your cards are lucky indeed.

So many beautiful cards shared. Sorry, I totally spaced on looking at this thread until now! I tried a new design based on Jennifer McGuire's recent video using vellum and it passed my test - I was able to make it from memory after one viewing, no need to look up the instructions And I think it came out pretty well. I used a patterned paper I had been resisting cutting up because it's too pretty and a stamp set that I have only used once. I realized after finishing up my last 3 cards for this year that I managed not to take a picture of a single one. Good grief!
I’m so enjoying everyone’s contributions to this thread. I love seeing all the fun techniques being used on your cards. It’s very inspiring!!

I especially love your snow backgrounds, brenda89! I also did the Cozy and Bright SU cards this year, but sealed them up without taking any photos.

Spent the afternoon cardmaking with a friend. Used the Taylored Expressions Birthday create-in-quads stencil and the new Gina K Electro Pop neon inks. The inks weren't all a neon as you might expect. Loved the size of the ink pads though...bigger than a cube, but smaller than full-sized pad.

I know...not normally my color palette, but my friend loves bright vibrant colors. It felt good to get out of my normal routine.
