Ours is $95 for my husband and I. But with health insurance we get $20 off each if we go 12 times a month. So it ends up being about $55.

I have no idea... My daughter works there (after school program at an elementary school) she goes for free. I have never gone... But the family gets a discount. I want to go there to swim when my back is better.

Last I looked ours was close to $100 a month for the family (but it's a large Y -- indoor and outdoor pools, basketball courts, soccer fields, etc). We just didn't all use it enough to justify the cost per month. I do know there were coupons/breaks for people who don't make much $.

I think it's less than 40 a month. It's a brand new facility and seems really nice, but it's too far from my house.

Ours got so expensive that we gave up our membership. We have a membership at a gym, that has four different locations, which is more reasonably priced, and better staffed.

The one across the street from work is expensive - like close to $100 when I last checked. I have a LA Fitness membership for $20/month (got in on a store opening). The usual price is $30/month.

My local one has a pool so I got a one month membership and loved being able to swim. But it's $100 a month for one person.

I am switching gyms because my current one is a madhouse during peak hours Adult is $47/month plus $50 joining fee. If you want access to all the Ys in the county it is $53/month plus $100 joining. Our Y is very busy during peak hours so I go either after 9 am or after 7 pm on weekdays. DH gets very frustrated by the hours, especially weekends (7-5 Sat, 9-4 Sun), and wants to switch to 24 Hour Fitness but it isn't as convenient a location and for all four of us was going to cost more.

I wanted to join ours a couple of years ago but the cost was crazy high. For a family membership, there was an $800 annual fee, $100 monthly fee and then you had to pay a separate fee for other uses of the facility. If I wanted to use the gym, $$. If I wanted to use the pool, more $$.
It's a large facility with a huge parking lot that is always packed with cars. Boggles me.

We had 2 in my local area and they both closed down because they were building a mega one.
But they ran out of money.
Now we have none.
And a half finished building.
