The Greetery is having a holiday release this week. One of the new die sets are these ribbon maker dies. I have to say, they are pretty cool. I like that she gave examples for gift wrap and cards. Here's a video on how to use them. The patterns are pretty, but that seems like an awful lot of fussy work for something that's going to get torn off in two seconds flat by the gift recipient. I'd rather buy slightly less fancy paper ribbon from the dollar store and not invest a lot of time hand-crafting it five inches at a time.
Maybe if you also do scrapbook pages something like this could be worthwhile.
