I cook it the following way and I have never had one person who hasn't said it was the best salmon they ever had. Also, everyone was a little disgusted when I told them what I was doing, but it is easy and amazing. I marinate the salmon in equal parts pure maple syrup and soy sauce for 30mns (no more!) and cook at 425 for about 15mns or flaky. Let stand 5 mns and it is just simply amazing. It doesn't add too much sugar and it gives it such a fabulous taste that I now need to make this for my dinner tonight. I marinate it the same, but add some ginger. It is so freaking delicious. Hands down my favorite recipe. I also make a glaze with the same ingredients to lightly pour over. So simple, but so good.

We do the frozen Sea Cuisine Salmon in the air fryer and it is amazing!

Salmon patties in the air fryer at least one a week. We have fresh caught or canned red or silver salmon. Or in the summer fresh caught king on the grill.

i love salmon and fave easy/peasy way to cook it is a bit of olive oil and club house roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning... then i can throw leftovers in with some pasta and alfredo sauce or on a salad.
i just ordered 3 boxes from my son's hockey fundraising meat order. this salmon is the best salmon i have bought.

when I cook salmon for salmon cakes, i just throw a bit of olive oil on it, put in foil packet and bake at 400 for 45 min.. I like the frozen sockeye from trader joes..

I always have a big jug of maple syrup in the fridge for this one purpose lol. She cooks hers on the stovetop in a skillet though.

My favorite way is grilled. My dh will grill it on the charcoal grill. Little olive oil and seasoning of choice.
When I can't have it grilled, definitely the air fryer. Little butter, lemon, dill. Yum!

I love all these ideas. I ended up making the pasta (with an amazing lemon cream sauce which included half an avocado blended in blender) and my son made the salmon by first searing it skin side down I believe then transferring it to oven until it was perfectly cooked.
I’m going to try the equal parts maple syrup and soy sauce - that does sound good.

My dh bought a Trager grill. He smoked salmon for me. I got the big fillet from Costco. I followed an online recipe and put it in a brine solution overnight. Then it dried out in the fridge for several hours. Then smoked for several hours. It was amazingly delicious and great to use with anything. If you can smoke it, it is worth it!

I do something super similar but I don’t marinate it — just spoon the sauce on top. Sometimes I do soy sauce and orange marmalade instead. I do 425 too, but maybe half the time since I cut them into portions prior to baking.
