Home, beauty, clothing, whatever?
It's stupid expensive, but I've finally accepted that Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray is a holy grail for my wavy, thin, fine hair. When I heat style it, finishing with the Oribe will give it body and volume that never feels gross or stiff. It helps the style last all day, while still having lots of movement. It's just perfect for my hair. I feel like I've tried every texture spray, hair spray, everything and keep coming back to this. So now, I'm just accepting that this is the best product for me and sticking with it, price be damned lol
What are your ride or die products in any category?

I don't know if I have anything right now that I would consider an all-time, will use forever, holy grail product. But right now my favorite products that I keep reaching for are:
Lancôme Teint Idole foundation. I actually dropped my foundation drawer (yes, I have a ton of foundations because I have a really hard time finding something works on my nose) and this one along with another broke. I salvaged a little of it but went out and bought a new one right away.
Kerastase strengthening shampoo, conditioner and leave in. At first I didn't think this was doing much but after the bottle was almost gone I realized that my hair seemed smoother and wasn't breaking as much. So I got a holiday set that had the leave in as well. I like it, too.
Bobbi Brown face base and eye base. I have had the face base for awhile and didn't think I really liked it. But my skin is more dry now and it works well for me.
Urban Decay anti-again eye primer. Have bought this again and again when it's on sale and it has been the best for me.
Madison Reed color depositing conditioner adds just a tiny bit of oomph to my hair.
Tarte maracuja juicy lip balm. I have been keeping it in my coat pocket and it is perfect for casual outings. It just gives a tiny bit of color and feels so good. Not sticky at all. I have the rose color and its almost gone so I ordered a new one and another color. I like that one as well. I would like to try their lip cream.
Cerave PM moisturizer. I had a bottle that I hadn't used for a long time and decided to try it again. It isn't super moisturizing but it's good for me under makeup (again, everything slides off my nose).
CosRX snail mucin essence and moisturizer. They work well to keep my face more calm and reduce redness.
I recently got my nails done at the salon and I really love the color. It could be my perfect neutral shade. I think I found what it is but I am not 100%. I can't decide if I should just order the one that I think it is or if I should go to the nail place and ask. Now that I'm typing this I wonder if I could just go to Ulta and see if my nails match any of their little swatches. lol I know it was an OPI color and the bottle was gray (gel color) but the actual color is more of a pink/lavender on me.
Owala water bottles are the best. Glad I heard about them here!
I also like my dinner bowl from Target (it's a shallower, wide bowl that I use to make salads or bowls in).
Our favorite, most versatile food item is Just Bare chicken lightly breaded chunks/tenders/filets. We can use them so many ways and always make sure to have some in the freezer.

Vanicream moisturizing lotion for sensitive skin. It’s cheap and comes in a pump bottle so I get the perfect amount every time.
Murad oil and pore control spf 45. Stupid expensive but it is the only face sunscreen that doesn’t go on greasy. I have a bottle of the Trader Joe’s super goop dupe in my drawer to try when I finish my murad bottle to see if I can save some money.
Ikea Mosslanda picture ledge shelves. I have never wanted a gallery wall in my home but these shelves allowed me to make a stacked wall of picture frames that don’t scream gallery wall.
My local library. I’m inundated with courses, videos, guides just about everything to do with parenting from influencers on instagram that I *must buy* lest my child go to college in diapers unable to eat anything besides a purée. I can check out parenting books at my library for free and bring myself back down to earth.

Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo and Conditioner. I didn’t want to love it since it’s so expensive but I notice a big difference in just one use. It’s so good I’m not happy when I rotate with anything else. And the scent is amazing!
Farmacy Honey Halo moisturizer. I can’t live without this in the winter. It’s so hydrating for dry skin. I use it as a nighttime facial moisturizer.
Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. I can’t tell you how many jars I have gone through. I use it as a morning moisturizer/primer before makeup. I will never be without this!

It’s a 10 Leave-In Conditioning Spray. I have thick, wavy hair, and it doesn’t matter how well I condition in the shower—I can’t get a brush or comb through it unless I use this spray. Briogeo Rosarco Milk spray takes a close second.
My Caraway fry pan. I eat a lot of eggs, and this cleans up like a dream. Nothing sticks to it.
Turbo Microfiber Mop with reusable pads. It’s nice and sturdy, but not heavy, and the wide base cleans up a large area really well. And the pads stay put!
Advil Sinus Congestion and Pain. It’s getting harder to find, which sucks. It really works on my sinus pressure headaches.
Cover Girl Clump Crusher mascara. I don’t need an eyelash curler if I use this. It lifts and separates my lashes like nothing else.

Maui Jim Beach Baby aviators (I’m on my 3rd pair - been wearing them for at least 10 years) Ray-Ban large Aviators have been my go-to for at least as long. I've mixed up the frame colors and lens colors a couple times (currently mirrored coppery pink with matte gold frames), but they suit me perfectly, they're classic, and I've no desire to stray.

Dorsey jewelry Maui Jim Beach Baby aviators (I’m on my 3rd pair - been wearing them for at least 10 years) Ok I could go on but I’ll stop haha My MJ aviators are one of my best ever purchases, the only ones I have found that fit my tiny face. I will never wear cheap sunglasses again… I had no idea what I was missing all those years. Not even sure what pair I am on technically since I have replaced lenses several times and a broken frame. I have 2 pairs in rotation and really want to add another with the pink lenses 😍 I am also with mom on the Birks and Topo Chico. You also won’t find me without Tatcha dewy skin cream or my Laura Mercier illuminating tinted sunscreen. “Splurge” purchases that I have no regrets about are my Apple Watch and my LV purse. I love that I have finally gotten to an age where I know what my classics, staples, and holy grail items are for me.

I don't use make-up so I don't have anything in that category. I use plain old Suave shampoo and conditioner, but that's not a holy grail. Thinking over other products I'd say mine would be: -- Heinz ketchup. Personally I don't like ketchup, but my dh does. And as a born and bred Pittsburgher I could never have anything but Heinz in my refrigerator. haha -- CVS brand (is it Care First? I can never remember) of NyQuil, the green one. To me green looks like it must surely be poison, and must surely taste like poison too -- but it's actually not totally horrible. -- Apple laptop/phone/tablet. Reliability and service. -- Crocs, the original clog-style ones. -- Birkenstock for sandals.

AmandaA I agree with Laura Mercier illuminating tinted moisturizer (though it seems they changed the formula recently and I don’t think it’s quite as good) but I layer it with the IT Cosmetic CC+ cream and it’s perfect.

Ditto on the urban decay anti aging eye primer. I got some for an event I knew I would be wearing make up for an extended amount of time and wanted my make up to stay put. That stuff worked wonders! No more creasing of eye shadow.
Keracolor cleanditioner. It's a color depositing conditioner. It's not as thick as overtone which I love too but easier to get as Amazon and Ulta both carry it for the same price. I'm using espresso right now. It's enough to darken my fading brown hair and my grays look less gray. I'll probably switch over to purple for the summer like I did last year.

I love my oral B electric toothbrush! I avoided using it for a couple years, but then finally started using it and I love it! It makes brushing teeth more enjoyable.
I love my sirius XM radio in my van. I travel a lot, and I can't listen to regular radio anymore because it's all ads.
My kindle oasis is getting a lot of use!

Tarte maracuja juicy lip balm I just ordered some of this. I'm perpetually on the hunt for the holy grail of lip tint - it's gotta feel good and give a nice "natural-plus" color. Fingers crossed! Thanks for the rec.
