Today's word of the week is SPACE - as usual how you are inspired by the word is up to you. Some ideas - outer space? new space (house/room)? white space on your layout/card? And the twist this week is to layer - I layered multiple cut-aparts under my photo but you could use cardstock or PP or ?? Here's my sample - I went with outer space as my theme  |

Linda, your Space layout is wonderful. What smart kids! I'm sure they loved making their planet explorer. I love the solar system background and the way you tied in the black space paper that matches their clothing. It's a fun, eye-popping page with excellent journaling. I was pretty sure I didn't have any photos that represented space. I was going through the Disneyland photos that DS sent to us and thought the background on one looked kind of spacey. I texted DS and he confirmed it was Star Wars. It was perfect for this challenge.  Star Wars There is some layering, but not a lot. Probably not enough for the twist.

I love it nylene and go ahead and claim the twist. Those Star wars icons are perfect! Just a reminder to everyone - your challenge layout does NOT have to be about space in the galaxy sense - it can be about a new space (room/office/house/outdoor space etc....), it can use white space on the layout, or any other interpretation of space that you want. |
