I mean, is this the definition of fuck around and find out or...? He had some very rough symptoms from it, as are his followers.. Danny Lemoi, of Foster, had been taking a daily dose of veterinary-grade ivermectin since 2012, after he was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and he said he quit all other medical treatments five years later because he believed the drug intended for large animals like cows and horses had "regenerated" his heart muscle, reported Vice News. “Though it was obvious that Danny had the biggest heart, it was unbeknownst to him that his heart was quite literally overworking and overgrowing beyond its capacity, nearly doubled in size from what it should have been,” wrote the administrators on his Telegram channel. “We understand that this is going to raise questions for those who were following him.” Ivermectin became a popular -- but ineffective -- alternative to COVID-19 treatments promoted by anti-vaccine advocates, and some of Lemoi's followers followed his dosage recommendations for themselves and children who have autism, Down syndrome and other conditions, and some of them reported alarming side effects after his March 3 death. “I’m 4 months now and all hell’s breaking loose, all pain has hit my waist down with sciatic, shin splints, restless leg syndrome, tight sore calves & it feels like some pain in the bones,” a member wrote last week. The conditions they reported matched numerous well-known side effects from ivermectin, which is used to treat parasitic worms like tapeworm in livestock, but the administrators pledged to continue Lemoi's Telegram channel while some followers cast doubt that his death was related to the drug. “I am very new to this... I’ve been on Bimectin paste for 20 days,” said one follower, who also claimed to have Lyme disease. “I have severe chest pain. Costochondritis symptoms. Air hunger, internal tremors, brain fog, headaches on the back of my head, anxiety, depression, doom and gloominess.” www.rawstory.com/ivermectin-2659588780/

I think that he also believes, from a marketing standpoint, that the more often he says his name & the more often people hear it, the more they will consider him a known entity, and therefore "safe." To his base, who doesn't bother with things like following multiple news sources or researching the history of candidates, that's probably true.

Well Texas AG Paxton make a deal for the 'whistlerblower' law suit he has been fighting for over two years. .. But lawmakers are not embracing making the payments . Texas lawmakers are facing a choice: approve $3.3 million in state funds to end a lawsuit accusing Attorney General Ken Paxton of improperly firing four whistleblowers or reject an out-of-court settlement — potentially adding millions of dollars in costs while leaving the outcome of the lawsuit to fate in a long-shot attempt to make Paxton pay. The multimillion-dollar settlement announced in February would resolve a 2-year-old lawsuit that alleges Paxton fired former high-ranking deputies in retaliation for accusing him of using his office to benefit a friend and political donor. The settlement would give the former employees back pay and several other concessions while ridding Paxton of one of several ongoing legal problems. But in a blow to the former agency executives, lawmakers have shown little appetite to use state funds to help Paxton settle the case. Plano Rep. Jeff Leach, a Republican who heads the House Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence Committee, has said he was “troubled” that taxpayers would be on the hook for the settlement. House Speaker Dade Phelan, a Beaumont Republican, said he does not support the use of taxpayer money to settle the lawsuit. www.rawstory.com/texas-legislature-has-little-appetite-to-fund-ken-paxtons-settlement-with-whistleblowers/www.rawstory.com/texas-ag-ken-paxton-agrees-to-apologize-and-pay-3-3-million-to-whistleblowers-in-settlement/

GOP state governors and legislatures are going after their Blue cities and how they operate!! CNN — Republican-controlled state governments are opening an explosive new front in their decadelong drive to exert more control over the decisions – and decision makers – in Democratic-run cities and counties. From Florida and Mississippi to Georgia, Texas and Missouri, an array of red states are taking aggressive new steps to seize authority over local prosecutors, city policing policies, or both. These range from Georgia legislation that would establish a new statewide commission to discipline or remove local prosecutors, to a Texas bill allowing the state to take control of prosecuting election fraud cases, to moves by Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and Missouri Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey to dismiss from office elected county prosecutors who are Democrats, and a Mississippi bill that would allow a state takeover of policing in the capital city of Jackson.“If left unchecked, local jurisdictions in states with conservative legislatures whose political majority does not match their own may find themselves subject to commandeering on an unprecedented scale,” said Janai Nelson, the president and director-counsel of the Legal Defense Fund, a leading civil rights group. The growing efforts by red states to seize authority over law enforcement in blue cities is drawing energy from the convergence of two powerful trends. One is the increased tendency of red states to override the decisions of those blue metros on a wide array of issues – on everything from minimum wage and family leave laws to environmental regulations, mask requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic, and even recycling policies for plastic bags. The other is the intensifying political struggle over crime that has produced an intense pushback against the demands for criminal justice reform that emerged in the nationwide protests following the murder of George Floyd in 2020.*** In Georgia, the Republican-controlled state House and Senate have each passed legislation that would establish a new statewide commission to investigate, discipline and remove local district attorneys. The bill, which has the strong support of Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, has raised eyebrows especially because it is advancing as the elected Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is investigating the attempts by Trump, as well as Georgia GOP officials, to overturn the result of the 2020 election there. The Republican-controlled Texas legislature is considering seven different proposals to override or ease the removal of local prosecutors. Last week, the state’s powerful and deeply conservative Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick identified as one of his priority bills for the current legislative session a measure that would allow the state to remove any local prosecutor who “prohibits or materially limits the enforcement of any criminal offense.” Another bill would allow the state attorney general to appoint district attorneys from neighboring counties to prosecute cases of alleged election fraud if the local DA will not. www.cnn.com/2023/03/14/politics/crime-conflict-red-states-blue-states-fault-lines/index.html

We have had low flow shower heads and toilets for years and I’ve had no problem with either. I am not thrilled with the low flow toilet here. Years ago when they installed them at work they flushed with a big whish... Mine does not. It plugs up often without the swirl with the flush which is very soft and slow....

I have to flush multiple times if it’s anything more than pee many times. Occasionally I get lucky. But at least once a day I have to flush twice.

The GOP pro-life mob is at it again. In South Carolina, you get an abortion, you face the death penalty... (Some of the pro-lifers do not believe or protect victims of miscarriages) Republicans are taking the next step in their war on women. The latest proposal in South Carolina was to give the death penalty to women who have abortions. It didn't pass, but there were 21 Republicans who supported it.Writing about the vote, Rolling Stone, Tessa Stuart explained that the "South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act of 2023" would redefine a "person" as a fertilized egg at any point of conception. Essentially meaning that even a zygote would have the same rights as a child and thus would equate homicide if aborted. A zygote cannot live outside the body. In fact, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists categorize deliveries before 37 weeks as early. The University of Utah Health Care says a fetus can't normally survive outside of a pregnant person prior to 24 weeks. The survival rate of premature babies born after 28 weeks increases to 80 percent or more. The proposed South Carolina law didn't specify if prosecutors or police would investigate miscarriages as crimes. www.rawstory.com/south-carolina/

TFG lawyer... Thinking he is acting like a tough street fighter. BTW: he is loud too! Watch as Trump lawyer 'lunges' at Ari Melber 'for receipts' after he reads off Trump's 'lies' Sarah K. Burris March 14, 2023 Melber showed footage of Trump on a plane being asked by reporters whether he knew about the payments. Trump claimed he didn't, and Tacopina said that the comment wasn't a lie. That's not a lie?!" Melber exclaimed. "That's not a lie," said Tacopina. Melber began reading the transcript of the clip when Tacopina tried to grab the paper from the host. "Give me that!" the lawyer said. Melber posted a photo of the moment saying simply, "interviews." www.rawstory.com/trump-lawyer-lunges-ari-melber/

It is NOT about creating new hierarchies of oppressions. No, no, no, no At least look it up in the dictionary, it’s there, even if you don’t know its origins ( which to me are pretty obvious ) at least know the current actual definition. Like google is in your hand. It’s is not a hard word at all to define. I mean unless your co-opting it for whatever the fuck you w add my it to mean to fear monger to your base, then maybe it’s harder to define.
