Welcome to the final "get into Shape" Thursday of this February!
The challenge today is to EITHER:
1. Use shapes to create another shape. Examples would be making a flower out of hexagons or circles; making a star or sun or rays out of triangles; using rectangles to make squares or smaller triangles to make a layered larger triangle; using any shape to create a "wreath"
OR
2. Make a "patchwork" shape out of washi or scraps or paper (you can do this by gluing scraps of pp or washi on a piece of cardstock, then cut/punch out your shape; or you can cut out your shape and put pieces of paper/washi on top of it)
Those are difficult to explain in writing!
My first examples makes flowers out of hexagons:

My second example is a "patchwork" heart. I drew a heart on plain cardstock, cut it out, then added scraps of pp over it (I think it would be easier to lay down your scraps first and then trace/cut your shape!!!)

More examples from my past:
Triangles layered, then making a star:

A "wreath" of triangle rays

A patchwork feather (I was smart and created a 12x12 background of pp scraps first, then cut the feather out second)

The twist is to use: circles, tags, hexagons, triangles or squares - but once you use one of these, scratch it off your list and you have to choose from the others! (so if you've been playing along, you only have 2 shapes left to choose from!)
POINTS: Challenge team members can earn points from playing along, but if you are not a member of a team, just ignore this: Earn FIVE points for meeting the challenge + a BONUS of TWO points if you meet the twist on the same project. Bonus 500 points for completing ALL 28 challenges--with or without the twist--on or before March 7th.
