I am an almost scalding you bath taker. I know it isn't good for me, but I love the heat. I turn the hot on all the way and let the tub fill up. Then I turn on the cold and put just enough in so that I can stand it. Sometimes the heat sends an electric type shock through my system. I know that is too hot. Often my arms are bright red from the water at first.
Are you a tepid bath taker, hot but not too hot, hot, or scalding bath taker?

I like it pretty hot, but I do not turn red.

I love a bath as hot as I can get it. Given an evening home alone, I love a hot bath with a good book.

I'm like you. I want it as hot as I can stand it and I am always red when I am done. But I don't take baths any more because of the drought . I take really hot showers too. I know it is drying for your skin and hair but I love to be in the heat and steam.

It's been a long time since I've taken a bath. But, when I do take one it is as hot as I can stand it.

If steam is not coming off of my skin, it's not hot enough.

The hotter the better... And I'll even add more hot water if I sit in the tub for awhile!

We have a big, deep tub. It is pretty boring but it is some sort of ceramic. It gets cold VERY quickly so if I want a hot bath I have to make it really, really hot. Then it gets cold very quickly. It's so frustrating.
The tub exDH and I had was perfect. It wasn't big but I always got it the perfect temperature somehow and it was warm and soothing. Loved that feeling after always being cold all day long. Sitting in a hot water bath was so wonderful every night!

Scalding. I usually shower though, I'll start warm, and gradually turn it hotter and hotter.
Nothing better than a hot shower after a long day!

Mine is pretty hot. I LOVE a hot bath at the end of the day.
I was watching House Hunters International the other day. They were in Paris where the space is tiny, tiny and was I thinking that if I could only afford a very small apartment, the only deal-breaker that I would have is if the place didn't have a tub. MUST have my bath.

Hot but not burning. I have nerve damage in my left foot...I have to be careful not to burn it.

Really hot. We have a 75-gallon hot water heater, so I can keep it hot for a long time. My next bathtub will have an internal heater.

As hot as I can stand to step in and I like to get in when the tub is only half full so that I can start turning the cold down until it is just hot coming into the tub.
I know it is not good for me but that is the way I like it.

I like mine pretty hot. I run my bath warm half way, get into it and then turn on pure hot water until the water is the exact temperature that I want it.

Another person who needs it super-hot ... unfortunately, my tub is huge and my hot water tank is not so I can't get the tub filled to the temperature that I like
