They don’t generally affect me.

For me it takes about a day to adjust. I read once that it takes your body about 24 hours to adjust to every hour of time change when you travel between time zones and I've found that is true for me.
Not for my husband. I swear he is still telling me "Well, its really 9:30" when the clock says 10:30 when its a week past time change. It drives me nuts. He complains more about a 1 hour time change for DST than he did for a 6 hour time change when we went to Germany!

Time zones don’t bother me much, it’s the lighting that makes the biggest difference. 3:30 pm ST light feels very different than 3:30 PM DST light does. I can’t describe it to those that don’t notice it, but I feel out of whack in relation to nature in some way. Making DST longer has only made this imbalance feel more pronounced.

Today is Wednesday. I'm still converting the time. Have I mentioned I really, really hate the time change? DD and I are still doing it here too. Mornings are the worst!

We don't observe Daylight Savings Time in Hawaii, so we never have this dilemma. LOL We do have to remind ourselves to adjust the hours when dealing with businesses outside of HI, though. For example, when I was working for a large mortgage company, our deadline for locking interest rates would change with daylight savings time changes.

Just for the first day or two, usually. Definitely at mealtimes when my stomach and the clock disagree, and the first night, when I'm either exhausted long before the new bed-time, or surprised at how late it is, depending on whether it's spring or autumn.

I'm still trying to remember if my car is right or if I still have to do the hour math. LOL

I'm still trying to remember if my car is right or if I still have to do the hour math. LOL My in-laws, not knowing the other already changed the clocks in the house, both changed the clocks, which led to much confusion.

I also have never felt bad affects by the time changes.

I’m not sure because I haven’t been in linear time for quite a while. The coffee and car clock have “random” times so I can play with more numbers ☺️
Before then it would take a few days up to a week before I got used to the new timeline.
But I did look at the kitchen clock that is programmed to linear time and wondered if someone already changed it or if it was actually an hour later.
