Is anyone going to the Taylor Swift Eras tour? Or did anyone already go this weekend in Arizona?
My husband, teen daughter and I traveled to Glendale from Chicago for the opening show on Friday night. We are all huge Swifties and being there last weekend was a true dream come true for us. Our expectations were sky-high and she exceeded them by miles. It's 3 days later and I still can't stop thinking about the show and talking about it with anyone who will listen. From the length and ambition of the show, the song selections, the production values (costumes, lights, sets, special effects), the energy of the crowd - everything was top notch and just blew me away. Long live!

It sounds memorable and a fun thing to do as a family.
Was it really a three hour show? I heard some statistics this morning. She and her band have stamina!

Yes, it was 3 hours and 15 minutes long, and she didn't take a single break! I honestly don't know how she's going to do an entire tour at this level. Amazing!

My daughter and I are going with some combination of friends - managed to get 6 tickets. She is over the moon and spending way too much time planning her outfit! I can’t even imagine how exhausting it must be!

Oh how fun to be going with friends! My daughter would love to go with her friends but they couldn't get tickets. I'd say 90% of the crowd was dressed up and it was so much fun! My biggest piece of wardrobe advice is COMFORTABLE SHOES. And eat before you go/bring water/pace yourself! It's a marathon of non-stop spectacle.

awe, I love hearing this! We couldn't snag tickets despite being in the fan club, but I keep seeing rave reviews like yours.
Taylor Swift is just absolutely top tier, first class all the way. So happy for you, money well spent, what an experience!

Yvonne, I of course agree she is first class all the way! I love that my teen daughter loves her and we could share this experience together. A memory of a lifetime for sure.
I'm sorry you couldn't get tickets. So many fans were left disappointed. I know Taylor loves her fans, so I'm hopeful she will do a Netflix special or even a livestream of one of the concerts.

I saw several TikTokers posting snips, I am so jealous! She wasn't coming to DC this time, I think Philly was the closest, so I didn't even try to get tix

I saw something, on Hulu I think it is? IDK if she's going to do a live stream or recording but there definitely is a place holder for Taylor Swift Eras so I'm hopeful!

I have tickets! It's for Seattle over the summer (July, I think). I am excited -- I really didn't get that into listening to her music until Red, so I'm late to the game. My entire family is going, along with my oldest's college roommates, who are flying in for it. All of the reports I've heard from the first show have sounded amazing.

We have tickets for Seattle show. My daughter can’t wait! I am not a big swiftie but i can now sing every single song. That’s all she has been listening to since she got the tickets. I’m excited for her.

We are traveling to Denver to see Taylor in July. We are making it a family trip but I’m taking my 3 girls to Taylor and the boys are going to go to a Rockies/Yankees game. We can hardly wait!

She's coming to KC but we couldn't get tickets and I'm not paying almost $1k for two tickets through a 3rd party. I follow a lot of other Swifties though and their posts are gorgeous and, of course, all saying that it's an amazing show.

My daughter is actually going twice! lol. A friend who lives in Los Angeles managed to get four tickets. She has two sisters and one best friend. lol. So dd (the best friend) and the two sisters are flying from Northern Virginia out to L.A. to go to this concert. Also -- after not being able to get tickets the first time around, she managed to snag two for Atlanta (after the California friend got hers). So dd and a friend who lives in North Carolina are driving to Atlanta. Dd has been going to Taylor Swift concerts since she was a young teen.

How exciting.. My oldest daughter bought 3 tickets. One was a Christmas gift to her younger sister. The other ticket is between me and her hubby. It hasn't been decided yet. I kinda caved and said he could go (I didn't tell him that, just my daughter) so now I am having second thoughts.. lol... So we need to get together and figure it out.
Was there a big bracelet exchange thing going on? My daughters are busy making them now... it supposed to be a 'thing'.

So, I live less than 10 miles from the stadium. This whole weekend between St Patrick's Day, MLB Spring Training, and Swifty fans were all over the roadways and entertainment spots. There was a report out this morning that said Taylor Swift's fans bring as much money to the local economy as some of the larger sporting events do.
One of my co-workers went to her concert Saturday and said exactly what's been said - wear comfortable shoes and comfortable clothes. She said it was the best concert she's ever been to - live performance-wise, Tay rocks.

I'd read about the bracelet exchange but we didn't have time to make any and didn't seek it out. I didn't see it happening in our section, but it could have been happening elsewhere. So, I live less than 10 miles from the stadium. This whole weekend between St Patrick's Day, MLB Spring Training, and Swifty fans were all over the roadways and entertainment spots. One of my co-workers went to her concert Saturday and said exactly what's been said - wear comfortable shoes and comfortable clothes. She said it was the best concert she's ever been to - live performance-wise, Tay rocks. We were staying in a hotel near the stadium and spent the day Friday at Westgate and the outlet mall. Swifties everywhere! And the people working at the hotel, the restaurants and the stores were all so nice and friendly and excited for the concert-goers.

My daughter and I are going in Nashville. To say we are giddy is an understatement. I just ordered shoes I was on the fence about. Thanks for the suggestion.

aww....this is so nice to hear! My daughter went to one of Taylor's concerts when she was in college, circa 2011, and said it was an amazing experience. Didn't even try to go to this one since she has a young baby. But I love that you all went together. So glad it was amazing!!

We tried to get tix for Seattle but after waiting for hours we weren’t lucky enough to get any. My DD has been a fan since she was about 9 (she’s 22 now) she’s been to see her 3 or 4 times. She was ver jealous that her cousins in Phoenix went and didn’t invite her down. They scored 6 tix. For years they teased her for being a Taylor fan and never really liked her (never seen her in concert either) and then they got tickets and she didn’t and they went the day before her birthday. She was showing me all the Tik tok videos this weekend. I reminded her that at least she has been able to see her in concert and not everyone can say that, have to hold on to those memories.

I'm not interested in going.

I'm going later this spring with my daughters (24&21), my sister, and my niece (15). We are all so excited and I am loving all the positive reviews! I think Taylor is very talented but am not a "swiftie," so am trying to familiarize myself with the eras setlist in preparation.
