I’ve loved THIS SET OF GINAK EPHEMERA since they were released last fall. However, the die for this set is $27 and there is no use for it once I use up the sheets of ephemera. If I bought these sheets, is there someone who would be willing to cut them for me? I have absolutely no idea what kind of time-suck doing cut ephemera like this is, so if I’m way off base, PLEASE tell me! Anyhow, I’d be happy to buy a couple of sets for you, or send you $$$ or a GC if you’re game. Or make die cuts for you, or stamped images, or stamped and die cut images. And no worries if not. Much as I like them, I can live a full life without them too  …clearly since I’m not willing to fussy-cut them all! |

I do not have a Scan and Cut...... wishing you luck as the peas here are wonderful kind crafters. BUT whoa--somebody makes a die for an EPHEMERA SHEET, basically a singe use die, and and charges that much for it?  ?? That is crazy train. And a waste of steel. ETA: I see now that there are 12 sheets.......but still. |

I agree, but those who buy it could use the die to cut a stencil, then use the stencil with inks and brushes to create more artsy leaves, pumpkins, etc., which you could then die cut….. Assuming, of course, that you want to use the same designs over and over again on various projects, with just color variations. |

I remember watching her video when that kit came out. I know she promised you’d be able to keep using the die, but I don’t remember if it was just these ephemera sheets would remain available or if there would also be additional variations using the same die.

I think she said the ephemera sheets would continue to remain available, but all good things come to an end, and eventually they will probably be discontinued at some point. I doubt that anything stays in stock forever in the craft world. |

It'll be a while before I get them in hand as I'll need to put together a SSS order next week after C+C and then mail them to you after they arrive here (SSS orders typically take a while to arrive out here on the west coast). I accidentally clicked on this thread and I have that Gina K die and would be happy to cut your sheets for you & send them back to you. I ended up with the die as it came in the kit.

Wow, that would be amazing! I’m going to place a SSS order in the next couple of days, so I’ll reach out then. It would likely be a lot easier than Linda scanning them in (which I really appreciate) plus she was having a difficult time getting a couple of the images to scan properly. In the meantime mrsp, I’m waffling with how many sets to order. Do you have any suggestions for me? And also, can I order any more for you, or something else to thank you for your time and effort?!? Please let me know! |

I would be very happy to cut the dies cuts for you because that’s what friends are for 😃😃!
The whole die thing didn’t really make sense to me and as I recall, GinaK hasn’t had a kit with ephemera and a die again, so perhaps it wasn’t cost effective. I wouldn’t pay $27 for the die either.
However, the ephemera is really pretty! It is on nice paper and the colors are beautiful—especially with purple, but done in a really natural way. But I’m not sure what to tell you about how many sets to order. There are quite a few pieces on each and if you love them, buy two!
