Steve Bannon is not happy with the Durham report... There is a video from Bumbble in the piece.. Conservative podcast host Steve Bannon blasted special counsel John Durham's report on the FBI's Russia probe as an "epic failure" because the effort resulted in no criminal convictions. "People come to me all the time, 'Steve, Why don't you spend more time on Durham?'" Bannon said. "But that's the epic failure of Durham that shows you — when you say the courts, there's got to be some kind of driver prosecuting." "The courts are not going to sit there just like gods and deem this to be true," he continued. "You have to bring cases before them. Is this the epic failure? Am I missing it? I'm not a lawyer. But isn't this the epic failure of Durham?" Bannon's guest, Mike Davis of the Article III Project, agreed that Durham missed an opportunity to punish former President Donald Trump's enemies. "And so if the Justice Department fully cooperated, how did they not find this sooner?" Davis wondered. "How did they not find this before the statute of limitations? How are there not crimes charged here?" "That's my point!" Bannon agreed. "Where are the charges? Where are the charges? He had all access. He had an unlimited budget. He'd spent six million dollars. He had four years. Where's the beef?" www.rawstory.com/where-are-the-charges-steve-bannon-blows-up-over-epic-failure-of-john-durham-s-report/

So in this Committee Hearing the Republican Majority/Keystone Cops are beating up on DC.
The first woman in the video is a Republican and she is going on about the rise of sexual assaults in DC and after her rant doesn’t give the guy she is ranting to a chance to respond by yielding back her time. ( how rude)
The next woman on the video is a Democrat and without missing a beat says it’s good the chamber is against sexual abuse so maybe some will stop supporting trump.
I’m glad the Democrats at these GOP revenge hearings are pointing out the ridiculousness of GOP claims.

Two questions come to mind here.
1. What’s bad about catching these people on the terrorist watchlist?
2. Does that mean people on the terrorist watchlist managed to crawl over or dig under trump’s wall and didn’t get caught entering the country illegally during the trump administration?
The idea that if this country is dumb enough to finish trump’s wall people won’t try to enter this country. It’s well documented that smugglers have dug under the existing walls along the southern border. We also have three other borders. You think those wanting to enter this country illegally won’t try for one of the other three borders? Oh wait they are aren’t they by trying to enter by boats through the Florida Keys.

So not only did the Keystone Cops aka House Republicans lose one whistleblower but it seems they lost several whistleblowers. Or the people they paid to ‘whistle blow’ have found other employment that they don’t need the circus to ruin it.

If amendments are sacred then amendments are sacred all of them. You can’t revere the 2nd amendment without also following the first. AND shooting children in schools is no where near a well regulated militia btw They read the constitution as well as the read the Bible - by cherry picking.

Robert Garcia(D-Ca) is attempting to call a vote to removed Santos from the House. WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic U.S. Representative Robert Garcia on Tuesday started the process of forcing a vote on a motion to expel Republican George Santos, the congressman from New York facing federal charges of fraud, money laundering and theft of public funds. Two-thirds of the House of Representatives would have to vote in favor for Santos to be expelled, a bar unlikely to be reached in a chamber that Republicans control by a narrow 222-213 margin. But the vote will put many Republicans in the difficult position of defending a colleague with a history of lying about his work experience and biography. Garcia, who represents a House district in California, used a parliamentary maneuver to force a vote within two days on the motion. "George Santos is a fraud and a liar, and he needs to be expelled by the House," Garcia said in a statement. "Republicans now have a chance to demonstrate to Americans that an admitted criminal should not serve in the House of Representatives." nordot.app/1031304418616623576

Oops.. MTG DH filed for and got a divorce. Now Boebert has filed against her DH of almost 20 years. Is there something in the DC water?!?! Party of family... U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) reportedly filed for divorce from her husband after nearly 20 years. Boebert, who has stated that she believes "that strong families are the foundation of American society," announced the divorce filing in a written statement, according to The Colorado Sun's reporting. Lauren and her husband, named Jayson Boebert, have been married for almost two decades and share four sons, according to The Colorado Sun's article on Tuesday. “It is with a heavy weight on my heart that I have filed for divorce from my husband. I am grateful for our years of marriage together and for our beautiful children, all of whom deserve privacy and love as we work through this process,” the congresswoman said in a written statement, according to the report. “I’ve always been faithful in my marriage, and I believe strongly in marriage, which makes this announcement that much more difficult.” The representative reportedly added: “This is truly about irreconcilable differences. I do not intend to discuss this matter any further in public out of respect for our children, and will continue to work hard to represent the people of Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District.” While Boebert didn't include any details about the nature of the irreconcilable differences, there has certainly been controversy, according to the report: "Jayson Boebert pleaded guilty to public indecency and lewd exposure after allegedly exposing himself to two girls at a bowling alley in January 2004. In her book, Boebert wrote that Jayson never displayed his genitals, but that he 'acted like he was going to unzip his pants,'" the news outlet reported. "Boebert wrote that Jayson 'needed the alcohol and anger management classes that came with the plea deal' in the indecent exposure case." www.rawstory.com/lauren-boebert-files-for-divorce-from-husband-of-nearly-two-decades-report/

Actually it doesn’t prove the Russia investigation was a witch hunt. And the fact that dumpster don fired Comey makes me think there was something there dumpster don didn’t want people to know. Especially since the Mueller Team was specifically told not to follow the money in their investigation.

Now we get the explanation for the search at the Trump towers in Florida, according to the Miami Herald. FBI officials conducted a raid at Trump Towers III in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, last Thursday, searching a condominium owned by an LLC of two Russian businessmen. At the time, officials in the FBI's Miami field office gave no explanation other than that it was "court-ordered law enforcement activity" in the area. Now, the Miami Herald is revealing the reason for the raid. "Oleg Sergeyevich Patsulya was arrested that day by federal agents in Phoenix, Arizona, along with his business partner, Vasilii Sergeyevich Besedin, and charged with conspiring to violate the U.S. Export Control Reform Act and to commit international money laundering," reported Jay Weaver. "The Russians, both from the Sunny Isles Beach area, had traveled to Arizona in September of last year and attempted to purchase aircraft brake systems from a supply company there and sell them to Russian airline companies.""A criminal complaint alleges that Patsulya and Besedin used their Florida company, MIC P&I, and worked with others to evade U.S. export laws and regulations to send aircraft parts to Russian airline companies over the past year," said the report. "The complaint, written by a Commerce Department special agent and filed in Phoenix federal court, alleges that Patsulya and Besedin fielded requests for parts directly from Russian airlines at a time when many of them were facing increased sanctions stemming from Russia’s invasion of Urkaine." "The two men then used intermediary companies and foreign bank accounts in third-party countries to mask the true identity of the customers and the source of the payments, according to the complaint." Aviation companies froze the sale of parts to Russian airlines last year as the invasion of Ukraine ramped up, at the same time as Russian airlines were prohibited from most airspace of Western countries. All of this has hurt the country's aviation industry, although it is still operating thanks to domestic demand. www.rawstory.com/trump-towers-fbi-raid/

Oh ok... Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) similarly tweeted that Republicans "don't care about 'fiscal responsibility.' They want to force extreme cuts to veterans' benefits, nutrition assistance for seniors and kids, and affordable housing programs—all so they can continue to cut taxes for the wealthy and well-connected. *** While congressional Republicans hold the global economy hostage by refusing to raise the U.S. debt ceiling without major spending cuts that would hurt the working class, a federal analysis revealed Tuesday that GOP plans to extend 2017 tax breaks for the wealthy could add nearly $3.5 trillion to the nation's deficit. The relevant section of the new Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report focuses on the potential extensions of policies from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), which Republican lawmakers passed and then-President Donald Trump signed in late 2017.
Just extending the TCJA's changes to individual income tax provisions would cost almost $2.5 trillion through 2033, according to the CBO and Joint Committee on Taxation. Debt service costs would tack on another $278 billion.
If three other policies—higher estate and gift tax exemptions, changes to the tax treatment of investment costs, and certain business tax provisions—are extended plus debt service costs are included, the total hits nearly $3.5 trillion.
"MAGA Republicans don't give a damn about the deficit, and today's estimate of the cost of kickbacks for their friends and donors is further proof," said Senate Budget Committee Chair Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.). "Republicans racked up the national debt by giving tax breaks to their billionaire buddies, and now they want everyone else to pay for them. It is one of life's great enigmas that Republicans can keep a straight face while they simultaneously cite the deficit to extort massive spending cuts to critical programs and support a bill that would blow up deficits to extend trillions in tax cuts for the people who need them the least."

Oh, so sorry... Guess Biden didn't stop all the fentanyl coming over the border. "They" will start blaming him for it all .... A city councilman in Cranston, Rhode Island who chaired the local Republican Party was arrested on Monday for drug possession after police found him smoking a mix of crack cocaine and fentanyl in his car, reportedThe Providence Journal this week. Matthew Reilly, 41, a first-term council member, a licensed attorney and a youth soccer coach, was found by cops sitting in his car Monday, the Journal reported. "The police found Reilly around 11:30 a.m. in a parked SUV after a passerby told a patrolman that a man was possibly choking in a parking lot," according to the report. "'He appeared to be sleeping or unconscious while having difficulty breathing/choking,' patrolman Luis A. Collado wrote in a police report. 'I opened the door and had to shake him in order for him to wake up. At that point I noticed that he had a glass pipe that's typically used to smoke crack cocaine from in his hand and a lighter.'" According to the report, Reilly told Collado that he was just sleeping. Collado then called in emergency personnel to evaluate him, who concluded he had not overdosed and was stable. Reilly has resigned his position as chair of the Cranston Republican Party, according to ABC6. "My hope is Matt will get whatever care and attention he needs for his own well-being,” Mayor Kenneth Hopkins told the station. www.rawstory.com/matthew-reilly-cranston-ri/*** Sorry to make light of the situation, but I'm tired of being blamed for it all. Will the truth ever prevail!
