I sit, which I find kind of funny because even though I work on a computer all day I work at a standing desk. I will occasionally stand up to get a different view of a page I'm working on, particularly if something is just not quite working and I need a different perspective, but my creative brain tends to do better when I'm sitting down.

Both. I have a standing height table with a stool, and switch back and forth between sitting and standing. Standing at a regular height table hurts my back.

Sit. Leaning over isn't good on my inured back or for my POTS. Blood will pool and I could faint.
I have a super comfy gaming chair and everything is within reach.

I mostly sit.
I do stand when pulling supplies (13 x 13 envelopes) from my file carts or using my paper cutter.

I used to stand and liked it, but I got given a beautiful new desk that is only good for sitting. I kneel at a low table when I'm doing computer crafting (photo books) and I have a special little chair/platform thing to keep my butt off my legs so they don't go to sleep immediately.

My crafting surfaces are counter height as I prefer to scrap standing up. I move around the room all the time, so this works for me.

I'm a couch scrapper, so I definitely sit. The one exception would be when using hot tools.

I sit, too.

Briefly sit with a lot of standing up and walking between two rooms. Neither room has enough counter space or square space for when I get serious about my crafting.

I feel like I have to stand most of the time in order to get a view of my project. It might be because I am only 5' tall and wear progressive lenses.

I do some of both, but I sit more than I stand when actually working on a layout.

Both. I have a standing height table with a stool, and switch back and forth between sitting and standing. Same.

I sit most of the time, but I’m up and down getting things from the shelves above my desk and from around the room.

I’m a sitter.
But during the move, I stood. So I can stand, I just choose not to. 🤣

Stand. I have a counter-height table and would rather stand vs getting up and down to get supplies. I have some counter-height chairs, but rarely use them.

Mostly sit, but I stand often to align things or to fetch things from other parts of the room or to trim paper if I've set the paper up elsewhere or to walk across the hall to the bathroom sink.

Mostly sit, but stand to get a different look at things or to do certain tasks.

Both. I have a standing height table with a stool, and switch back and forth between sitting and standing. Also me. I usually sit for photo editing, the rest of the time I am standing.

I have to do both because I can't sit or stand very long. My counters are between 36 & 42 inches. I have a very cushy bar chair I found at a garage sale late Sunday. The man wanted $25 which was too much for me. I kept looking around to see if there was something else to buy. The guy went into the house and his wife came over and said if I would just get it out of here I could have for $5. I sure like that chair.

With me it’s about 90% sitting and 10% standing. I do my actual crafting sitting. I stand when I’m stamping since I do that at the kitchen counter and when I’m using the die cutting machine.

Both - depending on what I am doing...I'd say about 80% sitting and 20% standing.

I stand. My 4x4 table and work surfaces are all counter height. I did add a drafting work chair in my space for the time I was working from home and it is perfect when I need to sit. I forget about that chair 99% of the time.

I stand now that I got an adjustable riser for my desk. Before I used to sit and I rarely got anything done because I can't sit still for that long.

I put a desk on bed risers because I found I preferred to stand while crafting. And I just bought a counter height stool when I want to rest for a bit.

Stand. My main spaces are a counter height island and also a bar height table. I only move to a chair for really long mindful writing/journaling.

I'm a couch scrapper, so I definitely sit. I have turned into a couch scrapper. I used to love to stand and scrap but somewhere along the way it changed.
