I just decided to use one of the Hero Arts cards I recently made to send to a friend for her birthday. The red and blue one in the middle: I love this card! It's solid with layers and is just so colorful. So I stamped a new sentiment in the inside, and after I stamped that... I DROPPED THE DANG STAMP... Wahhhh.... I've got to figure out some way to cover that so I can still use the card. What a way to start my Monday.

Oh no! I hate when that happens. Luckily it happened on the inside of your card (an easy fix) as opposed to the outside which can be tricky to cover up. It really is a lovely card.

Thank goodness not on the pretty part!! I would just glue a lightweight white cardstock panel over it. It will give more stability to the card and your friend will likely never notice

If you have more of the red patterned paper, you could add a narrow panel of that.

Been there, done that. It’s an easy fix and your friend won’t notice since the card is so pretty.

Grrrr! On the other hand, it gives you an excuse to make a pretty and unexpected decoration on the inside.

I like to add this to my cards in the hopes others might copy and be enticed to send out cards. Of course USPS is trying to raise rates again. WHAT IS A GREETING CARD? It is but a little piece of paper That tells someone you care It can be a ray of sunshine It can be a wish or a prayer It can simply say “I love you” Or, perhaps, “I understand” It can be a little visit Or the clasp of someone’s hand It can be a word of comfort When someone’s heart is sad It can be a smile or chuckle To make one’s heart feel glad It can keep folks together Even though they’re far apart It can show you are thankful From the bottom of your heart It can travel any distance In all kinds of weather too It has a magic something Some big things never do Yes, it is just a little piece of paper And it costs no big amount But it proves that old, old saying “It’s the little things that count.” Author Unknown
I have it in Word, 4 to a page so I can print up a supply. I also use different kinds of paper.

That's so nice, don! I am going to print up a couple, and include them with the card sets I give to friends as gifts. Some of the ladies I work with appreciate the card sets (usually 4 or 5 cards) I give them for Christmas or their birthday.

Beautiful card! I hate when stuff like that happens. I would cut off the entire card front and adhere it to another blank card. But, this time I would stamp the inside first. lol

I started to use inserts in my cards, just printer paper cut down to size and I just use pretty washi to attach it to the inside. This way if I mess up I'm just replacing that page and makes the card reusable too, the recipient can remove the insert and reuse the card if they want to.

It will give more stability to the card and your friend will likely never notice Or if you are worried about mailing weight, you could use a piece of pretty light patterned paper, cut just smaller than the panel and leave a bit of a border all around to make it look like you planned it all along.

Ice done that. I just trimmed the front off and attached it to a new base.
