Back in the day it was very important to have a full set of "crop luggage"! I hoarded JA coupons and stalked Archiver's sales and finally aquired: - Crop in Style PSB (2)
- Crop in Style Paper Taker
- Crop in Style NaNavigator
- Crop in Style tote
- Crop in Style backpack
The backpack I gave to one of my nieces, lol she stores Barbie clothes and accessories in it. It was totally worthless anyway. But what to do with the other luggage? It is so much to store-when I used it regularly, I pretty much stored all my supplies in it and worked out of bags. Now I don't really go to crops, but what if that changes? Just curious what others did with theirs. Can't imagaine there is much of a resale value...

My Crop N Style rolling tote is in my basement. I don’t use it. It’s in great shape but I outgrew it. I’ve tried selling it in 3 rummage sales at my house and brought it to the retreat a couple times for the rummage table and it’s never gone lol. I should just put it in the Goodwill donation pile but for some reason I can’t.
I still go to retreats and still use my old CM Memory Mate tote bag, and various other bags. It’s a great size for transporting albums and has held up beautifully. In fact I’ve saved all my CM organizers and use them.
ETA: It is funny (or cringey) to think about all the various scrapbooking organizers/luggage I’ve used over the course of the last 20+ years. A lot has come and gone and some I feel like I’ve bought before.

I’ve only ever had the rolling bag from WRMK. I liked it so much that when the first one broke so I scoured the internet to find a replacement. I only use it maybe once a year now (when it used to be monthly). I’m hoping after we move I’ll have some in-person crafting opportunities. If you think you’re done with them, I’d just get rid of them. If you need again in the future, they are easy to find on the secondhand market.

I had a Generations rolling scrapbook tote - I bought it on markdown at WM earlyish in my scrapbooking and all my supplies actually fit in it for a couple of years. I donated it when we moved in 2021 - the last LSS here closed in 2015/6

I have an XL Navigator and two of the smaller ones. I have a huge wall of closets, so they just stay in there. One day I'll use them again...

Yeah, a quick search on ebay shows quite a selection: ebay search link I would ask yourself why you don't go to crops much - if it's pandemic related or another more permanent change like not having any LSS around or a change in your crafty habits. In other words, is it likely to change back if it hasn't yet? And would you find a way to make do if you did go to a crop after donating the luggage? I'm sure it's a really hard thing to let go of, though, having gone to so much effort to acquire something that you loved. I know the feeling well. The trade off is all that space. Not to mention getting rid of that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you see them and wonder again and again what you should do with them. I would thank them for being so useful and wonderful back in the day and donate them.

I have a rolling bag. I think it’s from MIMI brand? The nice thing about it is that it collapses. I tuck it under a bed and store it without it taking up a lot of room. I haven’t been going to big crops, but I intend to at some point. So I keep it.
I do have a smaller shoulder bag that fits an Iris box well. If I’m going to a friends house or taking stuff somewhere for a day or a project to work on while we’re traveling, I bring that.
I also have a tool tote. It’s from Target when they had scrapping stuff. I leave it stuffed with frequently used tools sitting on my desk but I can take it when I go to crops too.

I have, and use, Crop in Style Jr., XXl, and Paper Taker. I found at Michaels a bag for my Scan and Cut mat for $4. Now I need a bag for the S&C, but I don't want to pay $50.

I gave mine away years ago. The bag itself was heavy and I could barely lift it and it was packed up.
Now I use a regular roller duffel bag suitcase. The suitcase itself is light and I can pack more than enough for a weekend crop including clothes and toiletries (I go to events in NC).

While I've never been interested in crops/retreats/etc. & don't have "crop luggage," I suggest deciding which pieces, if any, you may realistically need for future destination scrapping & selling or donating the rest. Store the couple totes you elect to keep in an infrequently-accessed cabinet/closet/corner/under bed/etc.

Back in the day, I only went to a few crops(at a scrapbook store or a friends house). In the beginning days (1996)..... I didn't have much in way of scrapbook products. It was mostly plain cardstock, Mrs Grossman stickers, Mary Engelbreit stickers, cardstock die cuts, 25 pairs of different deco scissors, and a box of double sided photo squares. I never had "crop luggage". If I remember correctly .....I had a crop laundry basket ,with a couple of shoeboxes in it.

What I have used consistently for 15+ years Is what I've kept: crop in style nanavigator, totally cool tote (has the spinner base, I still use this on my crop table) and one deep 1/2 wide art bin (fits thickers perfect). They are strictly for crops, so packed/unpacked before/after and I still use them 5-6 times a year. They get stored out of my craft room (no space!) in a closet - I like that the tote and art bin store in the navigator. As for anything else I've had, or a couple of roller totes I inherited from my mom, they actually did sell on either craigslist or fb marketplace. Plus any other craft room storage I've had. Sometimes I put things together as a bundle and price at slightly above garage sale prices. They have always had some interest and sold. A couple weeks ago I had a decent card display rack that I wanted to free up space from - marked it at $20 on marketplace and had a virtual frenzy over it, which I didn't expect

I still keep some of my (less often but still used) tools and supplies in my rolling tote. It is in my craft room, near my craft tables, so that I can get something out when I need it. The other bags and storage items are being used for just that: storage.

I have a couple pieces that I will probably never use again. I still have them in my under the stairs closet with my luggage and 31 brand totes.

I still have and use my We R Memory Keepers 360 spinner rolling tote along with the matching shoulder bag. It's the turquoise patterned set and I'm pretty sure I got it from HSN and bought it for myself as a Mother's Day or Birthday gift I still go to a retreat twice a year so it does get used. The handle broke but my husband rigged it so it's still usable. I also have the matching tool bag but I never really used it...not sure why. I also have the Crop in Style Backpack. I haven't used that in awhile but I primarily used it for conventions. I even ironed on some scrapbooking patches I got at one of the conventions. My cousin and I had matching backpacks... I used to have the Crop in Style PSB but I think I gave it to my cousin years ago. I also have the tool bag that has the spinner on the bottom and I use it every time I go to crops. It's turquoise of course to match my WRMK bags LOL! My bags are store in the closet in my craft room. Basically everything is stored inside the larger rolling tote. I also have various scrapbook specific tote bags that are stored in there as well. I use those for retreats, crops & conventions too.

I have the CM bags, the large rolling one and the large shoulder bag. I use the large shoulder bag for my kids snow gear (we travel to snow it doesn't come to us). But I may move it to the large rollers and combine it with mine now that they are in adult sizes. Otherwise the roller just takes up room in my craft closet.

I have the large CM rolling tote that has flown to several crops. It used to stay full of tools and supplies so it was always ready to go to local crops. Now that I'm not going to crops anymore (nothing close by and most of my friends don't papercraft anymore), it just sits, but I am not willing to give it up yet.
I have a messenger style bag with an accordion folder (kind of like the paper taker) that I used to carry projects, but I really should get rid of it (thanks for the push!). I also have a smaller plastic accordion folder with handles; I am keeping this one. It is handy for carrying larger (well, up to about 12x14") papers safely.
The tool bag with spinner got sold a few years ago. I HAD to have it (everyone had one), but it didn't suit my work style and I rarely used it. I'm glad I was able to let go of one thing, lol.

I have two Crop in Style luggage pieces left in my “collection”. I have the XXL tote and I regularly use that when I go to retreats when I’m driving and crops. I also have the P3 Paper tote and I used to store cardstock in it. I most recently used it to transport said cardstock when we moved. Otherwise, it just hangs out in a closet.

I sold my rolling bag at a scrapbook garage sale for $12. I don't miss it. But I still have the Crop In Style sticker binders and am always on the hunt for more of them! I use them for PL cards.

I still have mine and use them. Luckily, I have 2 scrap pals in town and we try to scrap together once a month or so plus we travel to crops. I still find them handy and now that I'm kitting pages they don't get super heavy. I store mine in the foot nook of my roll top desk since it's so deep.

Only I couldn't fix it so I bought a new one. I love that the shoulder bag slips onto the telescoping handle.

I have a smaller rolling tote that I bough at Michaels. In the last year I use when I am bringing more than usual stuff to work when it's heavy and I don't want to carry it, including my laptop. It is a solid neutral color so not too obnoxious and nobody really sees it. When it dies I won't care because I don't need it anymore.
I have a bigger WRMK one that I plan to keep for now. It stores some extra albums, and it is too new-ish to just get rid of. Sometimes I use it when I craft with my out of town friend who has no supplies so I bring everything. I still like it.

Even more recently when I go to my SU rep parties I bring it with me. Except I haven't been in a while. There is not much SU stuff I want.

I attend a crop once a year so I'm still holding onto my "luggage". Luckily most of it fits within each other so it doesn't take up too much space in the closet in my craft room.
If you aren't using it or going to crops anymore I would donate it since selling it isn't working.

I store mine in the foot nook of my roll top desk since it's so deep. This is such a good idea! I also have a roll top desk and this would be the perfect spot to house my "luggage." I have three big rolling totes. One was a Christmas present, one I won in a draw at my LSS, and then I just recently was gifted my mother's as she is no longer using it. I think hers was the best, so I am going to try to sell some of the others. I've decided they are either going in my LSS garage sale or on Facebook Marketplace.

i attend crops twice a year. My most used crop luggage includes:
My first ever crop luggage purchase... a making memories rolling tote, not the XL. I use it for toting paper collections/kits from home.
CTMH large rolling tote. I used their containers for PL cards and inks, Nuvo drops, and other items, and they all fit perfectly, plus I can put some open tubs on top for dies, photos, etc. CTMH matching shoulder tote. It holds all the freebies and kits from the crop, new purchased papers
A rolling collapsible milk crate I use for toting 4 lidded themed Iris cases.
I also use a large open bin for my tools, cutting mats, trimmer, etch.
i know I take too much, but I feel much more creative when I have lots of options.

I haven’t been going to big crops, but I intend to at some point. So I keep it. I have this one too along with the over the shoulder tote that slides onto the handle of the rolling tote, mine is a dusty blue color but I know they had a pink one too. I haven't used it since pre-pandemic but I'm hopeful to start going to crops again soon. Back in the day, I'd use a folding wagon to bring all my stuff in if it was a long weekend crop. My tool tote is a Thirty One tote with pockets on the outside, it holds a ton of stuff. I bought it before I knew how awful MLM's are but I don't want to get rid of it. I used to have a CIS XXL but I sold it at a scrapbook flea market for $40. I also had the Paper/Sticker binder and the 12x12 paper carrier which I also sold at a scrapbook flea market years ago.

I haven't been to a crop in 5+ years, but I still have my large CM rolling tote along with some other pieces that I don't want to part with since I wouldn't be able to replace them. They are stored out of the way in the basement.
