Wow so surprising that the jury found he did a thing entirely consistent with what he brags about doing.
So gross.

What is kind of surprising is the gang at Fox News, at least so far, are not dismissing the verdict as no big deal.

And TFG thinks he can appeal and win... And we have heard from Jonathan Turley before..
Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley said former President Donald Trump would likely fail while appealing the verdict in his civil rape trial.

I hope someone hears this and takes note that it is a big deal. I wasn’t just a comment in bad taste he physically assaulted her snd then did all the other things snd has gone after her verbally for years.

There is no “guilty” in civil court. It was already pointed out by another pea. And as he says…

the billion dollar question is if he will actually pay. we know he will never pay out his own money so i'm assuming he will fundraise and use MAGA money instead.

He may well appeal and drag it out in court for years. But he’s got even bigger potential legal issues, so who knows? i can't imagine what the basis for the appeal would be. the court gave him the chance to present witnesses and testify but he didn't. i think it would cost him more in attorney's fees to file the appeal than to just pay the money and like you said, he's got bigger issues to attend to.

Going to ask a question, hopefully some one might have an answer...
Didn't E Jean Carroll previously state that she had a dress with semen stains on it? I know they have stated that he refused a DNA test. Could she have produced the dress in court and her lawyers enter it as evidence? And he be ordered to do a DNA test. That sure would have solved some issues.. Maybe?

Does it even really matter? I mean he was elected after that nasty Access Hollywood audio. He has never been held accountable for anything.

Does it even really matter? I mean he was elected after that nasty Access Hollywood audio. He has never been held accountable for anything. Yeah, that is something that I just do not understand. And it wasn’t like he could claim that was “fake news” since it was definitely his own voice saying those things. It just makes me so sad that people can look past his behavior. It isn’t like he was actually an effective president. He had better never get elected again. I don’t think I could stand it.
