In case you haven’t seen this yet, TE is releasing 7 new colors on Tuesday. So far I’ve seen sneaks of 2 colors; both greens. I’m trying to convince myself I won’t need all 7 of them, but I’m a TE junkie so it’s doubtful I’ll succeed! Any suggestions how to explain this to my husband when we just agreed to tighten the spending so we can add a car payment to the budget? 😳 😄

I'm no help! I just spent $62 there on snarky card sentiments! LOL
They have a contest going to see if you can name the new inks. I'm no help there either!

I'm no good at naming things, either. However, I did write a review of their cardstock so I can be entered into the drawing for gift cards!

Are their inks a foam or felt pad? I do enjoy some of their colours.

Are their inks a foam or felt pad? I do enjoy some of their colours. They're felt. And I really like their colors. I'm slowly growing my TE ink and matching cs and envelopes collection. ETA: Sugar Cube (white) is a foam pad and it's a pigment ink.

Thanks! I prefer the felt pads....this could be bad for my budget lol Just sharing my opinion (not that I'm trying to enable anyone!)
After 20 years of scrapbooking, I got hooked on card making several years ago and have tried many brands of ink as I went along. There are a lot of good inks out there, but for me TE inks are the best. They work the best for me when it comes to ink blending. The colors smooth our really nicely when they sit for a while. I've tried other brands (Gina K comes to mind) that smooth out also, but for me TE works the best. They also stamp well, which some inks that blend well don't. Another selling point for me is how well the inks match their cardstock - and it's a great cardstock, so you get the best of both worlds.

I’m not sure how to express this, but TE inks, to me, are more intense than most of the inks that I have in my collection. Cookie Monster is a bright, happy blue and one stamp will get you that intense blue with fantastic coverage. And their pastels also stamp a true shade without multiple stampings.
This doesn’t mean they are better than others, but if I am going to stamp something without using a stamp positioner or I’m doing a lot of stamping and want to be quick about it, Taylored Expressions is my first choice.
However—they are mostly non-water reactive and I think that is the reason why they stain clear stamps more than regular die inks. It doesn’t bother me, but I know some folks don’t care for that aspect of the ink.

I love the new colours! I don't have any TE inks but those colours make me want some! They're sold out right now, though. And I need to freeze my spending. And I just got a bunch of stuff for my birthday. But I really, really like them. I'm very interested in trying her inks. I have PinkFresh inks and I find them quite light and they soften a lot as they dry - very pretty, but not the vibrant effect that it sounds like TE gives.

Thanks for asking! I sure did! I realized that I had $70 in points on my credit card and some bonus points from TE and I was good to go! Didn't get everything, but got enough to make me a very happy girl!
