Inspired by artbabe's questions: What are you scrapping right now? Are you working with most recent pic's? The past? A mix? Doing any card making?
I just made a list of page kits I want to assemble for a day next week at dd's house while she is at work and dgs is at school. One last hockey page, one gardening page w pic's from earlier this spring, a couple of adventures (helicopter ride and Harry Potter World, a rodeo). Waiting for pic's from my ds's family in Vegas b/c I want to use one of them for my June family calendar. If I have those to print on my way to dd's I will be getting THAT page done there.
In my mind I have been planning a LO with the photos taken last month by my dgs (aged 9) with my camera. That one will need to be assembled at home.
I also have a list of cards I need to put together for July and August birthdays and anniversaries.

absolutely nothing - my craft room is covered in photographs I'm sorting.
I've gotten some great photos from DD16's whitewater rafting and other adventures this week so they'll be on the to-scrap list soon I think...not so sure I have any paper or embellishments to work with them though so might be digging through Cricut cartridges and/or SVGs in hopes of finding something

June gloom is back today in my area of Ca so with this nice cool breeze I am going to work on 10 Christmas cards and 10 Halloween cards for the upcoming swaps.
This weekend I want to work on the pocket page layout about ds and Toby. That one may be a single 9x12 pocket layout and then additional photos in pockets.
Saturday is cosmic nights at the local museum so I will have photos of dd and I to work on maybe Sunday. I have the perfect paper for that from Shimelle.

I am scrapbooking a ton of recent photos from vacations, stay-cations, and weekend adventures (paddle board trips, boat trips, etc.). I have soooooo many recent photos I need to scrapbook and I really need to place a huge photo order. I haven't ordered photos from Amazon before but I might just do that this weekend.

Nothing at this moment but I have a 5-day retreat coming up in July so I'll be putting together some kits soon. I just ordered my photos so I'll be working on my son's 21st bday, and a couple of trips. I also will work on my summer cards for the card exchange.

Working on my dd’s high school album, 3 years after her graduation. Didn’t feel motivated during the pandemic. Taking my time and enjoying the photos. I am a memorabilia keeper, so I have a lot of extras to play with and using those delicious 49&market papers as much as I can.
Also waiting for Tourist Mode to arrive from SB.com so I can do a 6x8 album on a recent Washington DC trip. Vacation albums are my favorite, I love that it has a beginning and end plus smaller albums are just fun. It’s a nice break from doing 12x12 pages for PL.

I'm "stuck" printing the journaling for the first half of the year so I can put these 6 very meh months away in my memory planner.
I've written down my scrappy plan for summer and it goes like this (barely going back in time with 2, the rest is focused on the future):
1. Cards. I don't know what it is about cardmaking but I've been sucked right back in! I don't have many to make but I'm itching to get some cute new critters and make a few for upcoming birthdays, Halloween and Christmas. Oh, and Christmas gift tags!
2. Scrapping Luna, my mother's chihuahua, that I'm absolutely potty about. She's spent full days and nights with me this year and we're bonded like "sisters". She goes crazy when she sees me at the door. I go crazy when I see her running towards me to greet me. It's pure love. I cannot wait to get started on her album. Her personality, preferences and special little stories deserve their own album. I'm so, so excited about this!
3. Prepping my December Daily. I'd love to get some interactive elements in this year and if I don't prep those, I'll never get to it in the future. I just know it!

On the weekends I've been making pages for a photobook of a weeklong trip to China in 1999. It was just before I met my husband so there are pictures of my ex and his dumb friends, I had no influence on the trip planning, it was pretty chaotic, and the photos were shot on film in the pre-selfie era. It was at a turning point in China though - just as their economy started booming, before they bulldozed a lot of the old stuff.
The scrapbook I made back then is a cheap sketchbook, big and bulky with thin pages, and there are a LOT of snarky captions. I wouldn't want anyone to look through it tbh. I'm remaking it into a small 7x7 book consistent with other trip albums but trying to be selective because it was a short trip and I'm only in about 5 photos. I'm still considering whether this is the best way to do it or whether to deconstruct the album and keep a selection of the photos and ephemera in a box. I have scans. But for now I'm editing the text and photos and making the book.

I’ve been in a buying phase with no scrapping so far in June. I have a half finished layout about DD and one of her hobbies that I want to finish next. After that I have some funny pics of DDs and their friends and then some general family togetherness pictures. Outings and dining pictures.

I am years behind (and that is very okay, it will get done...when it gets done).
Technically, "what I am currently working on" is sitting there on several cafeteria style trays (I always have "work in progress), because at the moment I am not in actively scrapbooking mode.
My current set of photos is from a night out with friends, at a dive bar....seeing an acquaintance-friend "side gig" band play.
Currently, I am working on a reorganization and go through of my scrapbook area and photo sorting, organizing, printing, etc...

Pictures from 1978, when my children turned 4 and 5. The pictures are just in an old photo album. I’m going to use pocket pages and leave a blank card on each page to go back and include any journaling. They are not great photos but they are great memories. Luckily, I wrote dates and places on the back of the photos.

I just sat down to work on this week’s PL page. Yeah, there’s still today and Sunday left but I can start with earlier in the week - the main story of this week already occurred as I started a new job this week so lots to say about that. If I have more time and want to work on another project it will be my week in the life project from this April that is about half complete.
ETA: I forgot about two weeks ago we went to Vegas and I started the PL spread about that week- it’s has a couple extra pages so it’s a bigger one- all pictures are printed and placed and there’s some embellishments but I still have to add some things and do all the journaling.

I haven't been scrapping much lately but I do have plenty of options for what to work on.
It seems my mojo has gone the way of my free time, though, so I guess it balances out. Mojo has been sapped by several things - starting to process the grief of my dad's passing this spring (a huge part of it), 3 weeks of being sick, overwhelmed by too many projects competing for my time (both scrappy and non-scrappy) - even if some of the projects are fun ones like vacation planning. Work is in an extremely busy period right now so I've been working a lot of overtime/extra hours, and that will continue for the most part right up until we leave for vacation in mid-July.
Anyway, the other day as I was going through one of the two giant Rubbermaid totes of my dad's photos, slides, keepsakes, etc., I came across a small mini-album (just CS pages held together with binder rings) I had made for him with photos from our annual beach trips with extended family. I want to re-do the pages to add them to a beach album I'm already working on, because the mini book has gotten a bit too worn. CS looking bedraggled in places and some of the letters are falling off. It's a small-ish project and I wouldn't be re-inventing the page layouts altogether, mostly just transferring them to 12x12 LOs so they can be added to my existing beach album. I think I'll need to add some embellishments to some of the pages or combine 2 smaller LOs onto one 12x12 page in some cases to make it work. The difficulty will be dismantling the pages because they are front-to-back on heavy cardstock in the mini-book. I'll have to be careful in taking apart one side of each page so that I can try and preserve as much of the layered embellishments as possible to transfer over. Seems like the perfect project for right now, and has a definite start and ending point.

I am working on my UFOs. I have sooooo many half-finished layouts from the last few months. I don't know what's wrong with me, I am having so much trouble with the finishing touches lately. I get the papers and photos and some embellishments on the page no worries, then struggle with the title or the journaling or the finishing touches.

My mojo seems to have gone missing over the last few weeks, and what I've made has taken signficantly longer than normal. The last couple of pages I made were for my 2021 PL album, I feel like some of the pressure of making things perfect is lifted when I work on older projects.

I'm going through my completed chronological albums from 2008 to 2020 and making pages for gaps. The hardest part is finding suitable photos that I haven't already scrapped.

I am finishing up Christmas 2022 and then have to see what I can pull together. I have 3 tea parties to scrap, one with Cinderella so would love to do those.
Most recently I was scrapping photos from the summer of 1978. Made a dent but then lost interest.

My! grammadee you have lots of projects to work on! Lots of fun photos to scrap. Currently I'm still struggling along with my great-gr-dau's 1st year album. Hope to finish soon and then start on her brother's album. (They're having kids faster than I can scrapbook. )

Okay so what UFO stand for in the scrapbook community? I had seen it used--so now I use it--to mean unfinished scrappy projects. (UnFinished Operations?) I am finishing up Christmas 2022 and then have to see what I can pull together. I have 3 tea parties to scrap, one with Cinderella so would love to do those. So jealous of your tea parties... The girls have grown up so no more of those here at the farm. My dgd's DID take me to a tea house a couple of years ago so we could relive those times!

I’m catching up with PL. I fell off mid-May, and I’d love to completely current for the rest of summer! Being current in PL really helps me feel present and grounded in daily life, much less blur happens. I hate feeling like life whipped by and I wasn’t paying attention.
I have other projects I’d love to work in, but struggle with giving myself the freedom to begin anything with PL languishing.

I have finished the first half of my wedding album (yay!), but I am going to take a little break from that project. I currently have a random Halloween layout sitting on my desk, with no specific photos for it in mind. After this one, I think I may go and finish up some other incomplete layouts that need journaling or photos, or repairs from my toddler. He likes to take puffy stickers for himself, apparently!
