Simple Stories Life Documented products? Will this line be in any big box stores? If not, when will they be available online? It seems they are missing the boat on having this product out for Jan 1, 2015. Seems like it would be front and center, like now!

Simple Stories is expecting the Life Documented products in their warehouse the week of Dec. 21. They'll expedite them to vendors ASAP. They're having problems getting the products through no fault of their own. There are labor disputes affecting the Southern California ports and their products coming from China  |

I knew there had to be something going on. I imagine they are going crazy waiting, knowing it will cost them sales. I considered buying them for gifts but it will be too late.

Yes, I would imagine it's extremely frustrating for Simple Stories. Now is the time we're all shopping for planners, if we're getting one.
Although I saw Layle demonstrating all the products recently (video), and I can envision lots of ways to use them that aren't "planner specific" - almost like a year in review album, just using it to plan scrappy projects and Project Life pages, a birthday and gift book, etc. Lots of cute stuff . . . when it gets here, LOL!

I bought the Michael's Recollections version of Documented. same designs and it even included the journaling cards.

Erika, I had an email last week that the shipping container had been released a little earlier than they thought. They anticipate the items arriving to them by today or tomorrow, with shipping to us beginning immediately. We should have the products by early next week, I hope!

I spoke too soon! Just had another email, and they won't be getting their container this week after all. There was some kind of miscommunication from a truck driver about another shipment. Anyway, I'm sorry I got everyone's hopes up. I know they have to be very frustrated since it's a time-sensitive product!
