UPDATE 8/11
My hearing was postponed until Monday. ☹
I was so upset all day yesterday after I found out. I’ve been gearing myself up for it for over a month. It’s going to a difficult weekend with my dad, and I was so hoping to have some good news for once.
I don’t have the energy to write anything else at the moment. Thank you all for the kind words and thoughts. Hopefully I will have a good update Monday afternoon. (the hearing is at 11)

Ugh, so sorry for the delay. it's so hard to gear up for something as stressful as that and then have to try and make it through the weekend.
I've been waiting to schedule mediation in a med Mal case since it was postponed in May and we still don't have new dates. it's not the same but I understand the frustration having been through a nasty divorce myself.

Please be prepared for him to delay as much as he can. My ex had ours rescheduled 4 times, I think it was. ....and then when my attorney insisted we have a hearing, neither he nor his attorney came. The judge asked me questions and recorded my response. I think the divorce was actually granted 4 months later.
He and his attorney are hoping to "grind you down" or make you agree to what he wants out of frustration.
Hang in there. We are in your back pocket with support.
