Who’s Laura Loomer?
Ron Filipkowski….
“Marge Greene shows up at the Fulton Jail, and Laura Loomer crashes her press gaggle, calls her McCarthy’s puppet and says “you like to talk a bunch of shit online,” and as Marge is running away people with Loomer yell “Large Marge” and “Where’s your husband?” at her.”

Trevian Kutti, intimidating an election worker, Ruby Freeman. Surrendered this morning, bail $75,000.
Pastor Stephen Lee still has not appeared. Wrong, he has just surrendered !!
Harrison Floyd will appear before a judge today. He has been being held in the jail, he had not arranged for bail.

From the Bondsman Mr Shea... Any person requiring bail has to put up a kind of insurance to guarantee that they don't flee and if they do they won't get the money back. The bail bond company doesn't have to put up all $200,000, it holds an insurance policy on Trump. But it still requires $30,000 that he will never get back. Putting up the $200,0000 himself means that if he doesn't flee he'd get the money back. So, why didn't Trump go that route? One reason is that Trump might not have that kind of financial liquidity. He might be a self-described billionaire, which financial analysts have suggested is false, but his net worth is based on his properties and assets. Trump could also put up his property that covers the bail amount.
Oddly, weeks ago, Trump seemed to transfer the ownership of Mar-a-Lago to his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. That has led to further questions about why and whether the transaction was legal. The other reason Conway suggested, his super PAC could write the check for his bonding fee so he doesn't pay anything out of pocket and can rely on donor money.www.rawstory.com/why-did-wealthy-trump-need-a-georgia-bail-bondsman-for-200k/

The plot thickens and I think they are wrong... Why would they even think that TFG was their boss? Did he sign their official paychecks? I really don't think they have any grounds to go federal, they did NOT WORK for the federal government by any stretch of the imagination!! Three Trump codefendants say they became false electors at Trump’s ‘direction’By KYLE CHENEY 08/24/2023 08:52 PM EDT Updated: 08/25/2023 01:52 PM EDT Three Georgia Republicans who falsely claimed to be electors for Donald Trump — and are now charged alongside him in a sprawling racketeering indictment brought by local prosecutors — say they took the steps they did because Trump, then the sitting president, told them to. In a series of court filings this week, those false electors, who became part of Trump’s last-ditch bid to subvert the 2020 election, said it was Trump and his campaign lawyers who urged them to sign the false documents, claiming they were necessary to preserve Trump’s flailing court efforts to reverse his defeat to Joe Biden. That exhortation from Trump’s campaign lawyers, they said, amounted to federal government permission to take the actions they did.The three false electors making the argument are David Shafer, a former state GOP chair; Shawn Still, now a state senator; and Cathleen Latham, a local GOP official. “Mr. Still, as a presidential elector, was also acting at the direction of the incumbent president of the United States,” an attorney for Still argued Thursday in a court filing seeking to transfer the case against him to federal court. “ The president’s attorneys instructed Mr. Still and the other contingent electors that they had to meet and cast their ballots on Dec. 14, 2020.”Latham similarly argued that she was acting “at the direction. of the President of the United States.” And Shafer in a similar petition seeking to move the Fulton County case to federal court contended that he “and the other Republican Electors in the 2020 election acted at the direction of the incumbent President and other federal officials.”The filings underscore the strains and tensions likely to emerge as Trump and his 18 codefendants march toward trial. The three Republican activists say they should effectively be immune from state prosecution because they believed they were carrying out a federal function with the blessing of the incumbent president and a phalanx of his lawyers. Now, they stand charged with racketeering, forgery, and other crimes related to their decision to falsely claim to be legitimate presidential electors. www.politico.com/news/2023/08/24/co-defendant-georgia-trump-indictment-00112932

Sydney Powell joins the speedy trial group... Former Donald Trump lawyer Sidney Powell on Friday filed a speedy trial demand in Fulton County in connection with the Georgia election conspiracy case, according to court documents obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Tamar Hallerman. Powell is the second co-defendant to demand a speed trial, Hallerman notes. Ken Chesebro’s request was granted and his case is scheduled to start Oct. 23, a date put forth by prosecutor Fani Willis. Reporter Greg Bluestein shared the news, commenting, "Precisely what Trump's defense team doesn't want --- to speed up the proceedings." www.rawstory.com/trump-indictment/trump-news-2664417416/

Meadows took stand to defend himself.. Oh!!! Meadows told the judge the post-2020 election period was a "challenging" time, and he testified that he was "invited to almost every meeting" the former president had on the topic, and he even met with others who wished to pass along messages to Trump about the election. That a lawyer as experienced as former U.S. Attorney George Terwilliger allowed his client to take the stand tells you two things," Rubin said. "First, Meadows and his team believe moving his case to federal court is so critical that it’s worth the risk of his being cross-examined. Second, Meadows’s team concluded they had no other way of shouldering their burden of proof that he was acting as a federal officer beyond Meadows’s own testimony." That leads Rubin to conclude they were unable to find other witnesses who were willing or able to testify. "That means either they were unable to convince any Meadows allies with firsthand knowledge of his activities and/or Trump’s directives to take the stand for him — or that because of the secrecy with which they operated, no such witnesses exist," Rubin said. "Either one is not a good look." www.rawstory.com/mark-meadows-georgia-2664548992/

Gaetz wants to censure Judge Chutkan for setting the DC trial date for Mar 4th, claims she is political.. Chutkan's ruling will force Trump to stand trial in at least three separate criminal cases during one of the most crucial periods in the GOP nominating process. Among those crying foul was Florida GOP Matt Gaetz, who took to X (former known as Twitter) and called Chutkan a "political operative in a robe.""We should set her censure for a vote ASAP to expose this sham and restore our republic," Gaetz wrote. www.rawstory.com/judge-tanya-chutkan-2664550398/
