Hello sketchy peas - welcome to holiday Monday and your sketch for today! My intention this month is to use Shimelle sketches from her videos: however, my photos fit this pagemaps sketch that was on my desk so I pivoted pagemaps sketch by kirstendrew, on Flickr My example changes the sketch in some ways: larger photos, and expanded journaling. layout backstage pass by kirstendrew, on Flickr Which leads me to the twist: PIVOT! Take a sketch, and CHANGE it. This week, I want you to change the photos - size, orientation or number. If you are a member of a challenge team, there are points to be earned. Create something with this sketch for FIVE points. Add the twist (change up photos) on *any* sketch or lift for ONE point. Add the twist on your take of *this* sketch for a bonus of TWO points. So, total points up for grabs...5+1+2=8. grammadee - for the masterlist!

Thanks, @kibop for another fun sketch. Thinking I may tip it on its side to make it more double page friendly, then add a pic to at least one of the pages.

however, my photos fit this pagemaps sketch that was on my desk so I pivoted I can't help myself, I have to say it..... I am chuckling away over here..... I think the reason you had that sketch on your desk is probably because it was used about 5 weeks ago for Sketchy Saturday! I love it, it's one of my favourites, so I am happy to use it again. Especially with the twist to change it.

Oh well, it's a nice easy variable sketch.

That's funny. I didn't recognize it as a repeat, even though I took on christinec68's Sketchy Saturday post. Just thought is was another photo arrangement similar to a couple of past ones. And because we are challenged to PIVOT, it's fun taking on the same sketch in a different way. Here is my new take, kitbop. I flipped the sketch on its side, added an extra photo on the first page, then extended the line of photos onto the next page. Saddle UP! by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Thanks for getting me to scrap these photos. They have been on my scrap counter for a couple of months. I kept thinking I would create an ornate western themed LO, but was having trouble selecting the photos I would use. But this sketch made me think I could give up on the themey stuff and just let the action speak for itself.

Thanks for hosting this, kitbop. I love this sketch and really love what you did with it. I print only 4x6 so had to do a bunch of looking and then trimming just to get 4 photos on my smaller page. It doesn't look much like the sketch, but I like how it turned out. 2023 Girl Scout Last Camp grammadee and Chinagirl828 and kitbop, you have love in the gallery. Linda, I love your version of the sketch. That's a perfect title for action shots as she ascends the the mountain. Look how long her hair was! This is such a great page. Colors perfect with your photos and theme. cannmom, I love the fun colors you have used on your page. Those photos of your kitty are beautiful. Love the strip journaling and the addition of the butterflies. Lovely.

I really love this sketch, and can see myself using it a few more times. I tend to stick really closely to sketches, so I loved your PIVOT twist, which forced me to change it up more than I normally would.
