I've run into a snafu, as the sketch I had chosen and scrapped, turned out to be a paid sketch But I do have a sketch for Sketchtember Sunday. I liked the way this had photos in both orientation and the diagonal page design. I hope you'll have fun with it! The twist this week is to use something from your stash that you HAD to have, and haven't used yet. joyfulnana - share the layout you completed! We could always scraplift you without the sketch being shared, and we'd love to see it! Love your 2nd choice anyways

Here is my page for this, joyfulnana. TWIST: The tag, lower left came from an unopened pack of "luggage tags" tucked into a collection in my Travel bin. Found them when I was looking for a ship for dgs to put on his scrapbook page. No ship, but a few other treasures... surprise find by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Love your 2nd choice anyways I'm going to post that this weekend, along with the free sketch, I *thought* I was doing lol. They are pretty similar. I panicked when I saw I had the wrong one

not 100% sure on the twist...I used a circle template from Pages by Design to cut my photo...I don't THINK I've used it before (I've used the 8" one occasionally) but if I have, it's been years.

I wish shiny pages photographed better. These swirls are from Dollar Tree - been around in the stash for at least 2 years.

joyfulnana , thank you for the sketch and for being a hostess this month. You are a sweetie! grammadee , I love your rhubarb companion page. The bright title letters are perfect for your tart treat! What a wonderful surprise after winter. It makes me want to plant a rhubarb plant next year! You have love in the gallery. Linda , great job on this sketch. Your cascading fussy cut flowers are the perfect match for the print in your background. I would love to know more about the spear throwing? Was this at an organized camp. Looks like fun. I love the one photo cut into a circle and the neutral colored banner shelf. wendy crowe, I can't get your page to load. Is it in the gallery? This is my take on the sketch. Several years ago I bought pop bottles stamps and dies from Stampin Up. My friend gave me a couple of papers from the matching designer paper but I decided I HAD TO HAVE the whole pack. I very seldom ever bought their designer paper, but bought that one. I opened it today for the first time to get the light green paper that looks like herringbone, but is made with pop bottles. I am determined that it won't sit unused now. Skittles

I would love to know more about the spear throwing? Was this at an organized camp. It was a homeschool outing to a nature centre with a living history farm - when we went there were all sorts of reenacters and activities to try out. DH was trying out the atlatl spear thrower.

I love this sketch, thank you joyfulnana . And I know that you have a wicked streak, and will get a kick out of the title of my layout. No, it's the name of the BEER!
