Or they get distracted by something and something else not intended is said.” If it’s a good enough excuse for Biden then it’s a good enough excuse for Trump’s rambling. The difference at the moment is Trump isn’t president, Biden is.
While this may be true, it was also totally ignored, accepted, and/or excused while Trump was in office by many of those that are now all over President Biden. So we seem to come full circle again. The question might have to be how do we get out of the revolving door that seems to keep us going in circles? I will say that one of my favorite’s from Trump’s presidency was when the Continental Army took over the airports. I literally laughed on and off all day and still giggle when I hear it. 😆🤷🏻♀️ The letters home that came out of that were amazing! And I agree, it was ignored by many conservatives at the time. We’ll just ignore the fact that the worst thing to come out of his mouth were his purposeful lies and that has nothing to do with age and more with being a bad person, horrible president and narcissistic blowhard with no morals. Also, is this really an argument you (general) want to use when he is currently running for President? |

I am just wondering what the folks who think that Biden has dementia think about Trump’s rants. Just curious. Nothing about Trump’s age, and nothing about his angry screeds. Am I the only one who finds it strange that Biden gets all of this “old” coverage, and “dementia” coverage, while there is much less such coverage of Trump?
If they are both running for the same office-and they are-surely these questions apply to both men.
You can do your own research, but I encourage you to read 2 or 3 of Trump’s angry Tweets(yes, I am still calling them tweets).

The point I was trying to make is that the conservative rants about Biden’s “mental decline” are very one sided and disingenuous at best when they completely ignore Trump’s rants and ramblings. And Trump is becoming more and more unhinged. I think the stress of the trials is getting to him. And suggesting that what he says doesn’t matter because he’s not in office is ridiculous. He is the Republican front runner in the campaign and barring unforeseen circumstances, he will most likely be the nominee. I agree. When people say they have never heard that all I can do is give them serious side eye. Have you just not been paying attention for like years and years? How is that even possible? There are a lot of people that don't pay attention to stuff like that. A lot. They just see the sound bites on tv, make an opinion from that, and that's it. They don't have the time or care enough to look further. There are a lot of things in life that might be more important then politics to THEM. I wouldn't belittle them though. I agree. I know people who will absolutely go vote for their candidate, but that's it for them in terms of reading/listening/discussing anything political. We saw that very clearly in 2020 and 2022. Unless and until the GOP puts together a party platform that resonates with a larger number of Americans, attacks on the other side are all they've got. |

At this point in his life, not knowing and understanding that it is not at all okay to "nibble" on a little girl's ear, that you don't even know, causing her to be upset. When asked if he's going to declare a climate emergency... Biden "I’ve already done that." 🤔 Biden "we're going to build a bridge across the Indian Ocean" Biden "Putin is clearly losing the war in Iraq" He looked like he forgot that Schumer? just shook his hand and he held out his hand again for him to shake. Always being confused on HOW to leave the podium in recent years. Thinking he's running for United States Senate, (at least twice) when he was running for president. Repeatedly not understanding not to read the stage directions. Saying "We're in the process of deciding what I think." in response to a reporter's question. Forgetting words, concepts, people's names and that this is the Biden presidency -not the Harris presidency. Admitting that "they" won't let you take questions -saying that "they" are going to be mad at him if he does. Repeatedly being guided around with hands on, moving him around like you would a 5 year old. I've seen Jill do it at least twice and the Easter Bunny once. Being treated like a man in a diminished mental state. Even he, himself has commented on being treated like a child. Trying to put his jacket on. It was just short of a dog chasing his tail. It was alarmingly like a child who hadn't quite got the concept yet. The press guy talking about when he was recovering from covid the first time, he said that Joe actually held up his plate to show him he ate everything on his plate. Like a 3 year old. Forgetting he had just been to the funeral days before, of a woman he started looking for and calling for her to come to the podium. Rambling on about a guy named Cornpop while reminiscing about letting kids playing with his leg hair decades ago. ^^^ Again, not a single one of theses issues are the effects of a stutter.
