i think the SB industry has really changed. the influence game and having your name on products isn't widespread anymore. scrapbookers aren't all googly eyed over SB "celebs". the scrapbook industry gravy train probably came to a screeching halt and it's time to downsize. She popped up on my TikTok. She didn’t have a specific reason for selling only that they felt it was time. And apparently the house is paid for. i checked out her TT account and i didn't see much in the way of crafts or crafting. just a bunch of her facelift videos.

At $423 a square foot... it's a little pricey. It is also really close to the neighbor's house for that price.
When I think of the paper I have from her, it kind of looks like this house. At least she is consistent.

Not even remotely the style and size of kitchen I would have expected for a house this expensive. Just goes to show, among many other pieces of evidence, that money and class are NOT the same thing.

Odd that in a home where everything looks so staged, the beds looks so sloppy.
I wouldn't show off aerial photos where the neighbor's backyard looks like that, either. It's a wasteland.

That house is cold and sad. From the first exterior photos I thought it looked warm and inviting- then a peek inside and it’s whiplash. Total mausoleum vibes. 💀

That neighbor's yard looks terrible.
I also don't care for the large tile floors.

I don't get a $5k price cut on a $3,250,000 home. Why even bother? 245k may just as well be 250k, no difference to me.

The playroom having the same ~aesthetic~ as the rest of the house makes me sad.

Even pricing something at 249k can sometimes help because it will be included when people looking the the lower price range filter their searches.

That is why it is no difference to me. 5k on a 3.25 million dollar home is a drop in the bucket. That is why it does not make sense. Anyone in TC's price range is not really going to care about 5k more if they really want the house. And if you are looking for a home under 250, and you will put 249 in the search, but not 250, you are just playing games with yourself. ETA: My DH does that. An item will be price 11.99 and when I ask him how much, he says $11. Never fails!

I don't like the house. It just doesn't feel like a family lives there. I know it's staged, but I don't like the basic structure or layout or fixtures. I love the pool but not the neighbours or roads, as others have pointed out. I try to not be a hater but there's really nothing nice I can say.
I only wear black, too, so the clothes may be real. Every time I try to wear a color I think I look weird, lol. My goal is to branch out to another color at some point, probably going with Navy haha.

It's not really about the price but who might look at the property. By dropping it a little they may get a different group of shoppers who didn't see it before because it was just outside of their (very expensive) price range. It is all a marketing game.

She's got a house worth $3 million, $20,000+ in fancy purses.
In her recent instagram post >> Grandkids come for a 2 day visit, and she takes them to the thrift store shopping. She comes across as "all about her". Cheapskate on anyone else.

The playroom having the same ~aesthetic~ as the rest of the house makes me sad. I saw on her Instgram (I think) that the playroom is underneath the stairs. It's a hidden room. I thought it was super cute, but if you don't have kids or grandkids to use it, kind of a waste, I'd use it for my dogs.

How many people live there that she needs such a huge house with so many huge rooms. I live in rural Australia and I reckon my entire house including the garage would just about fit in her lounge room

I've never seen so much black/white/gold in a house. Kinda matches some of her product lines, lol. Seriously. It's one of the highest priced but least attractive houses I've ever seen. Even the clothes are black and white! I didn't go through all the photos but when I got to the black room full of 1,000 white vases I saw what I needed to see.

Wow. I wonder what the back story is? 100% agree it's staged - and poorly IMO. The living room furniture doesn't even make any sense re: placement and spacing. Clearly put where it is to make room seem larger.
