Circuit has issued a temporary administrative stay of the gag order against former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election interference case, reported The Guardian's Hugo Lowell on Friday. In some respects this IS a constitutional issue and has been since Scalia and company changed the original intent of the 2nd Amendment. And while he did say in his opinion limitations could be applied almost every single law that actually makes changes has been deemed unconstitutional and an infringement on a right to own a gun.
In fact there is a another case before the Supreme Court now.
