Create a card or project with a theme that takes place in the fall. For example, back to school, football, the baseball World Series, apple picking, playing in leaves, sunflower meadows, Halloween, Thanksgiving. Your twist is to pop up an element OR experiment with Artificial Intelligence. To do that go here: openai.com/dall-e-2. You will have to create an account with a password, but you get 50 free image generations. Enter the description of the element or background you wish to create, pick your favorite, download it and print it for use in your project. To get my dinosaur I said, "a color illustration of a tyrannosaurus rex wearing a black and red checked scarf with a white or clear background like a png." Tagging grammadee our coordinator. Thanks!

jjpeapea great challenge and your card made me laugh 😆. T-rex in a scarf is just too funny. Thank you for your explanation of the AI site, maybe something to try in the future. I was already working on this card to give it to my neighbor who give me fox and mushroom decorations for my birthday. She knows I'm obsessed with them. Thats why when I saw MMH kit last month I just had to have it. And my LSS had a buy one get one 70% off deal, so I got the fox stamp set. They go together perfectly. First time coloring the fox, I still need to practice it. I used my ohuhu markers and I'm not used to them yet. Both the frameandfoxpoppedup.

I used Silhouette print and cut files to create my card. The only part that isn’t print and cut is the solid color card stock base. I printed two of the turkey, and hand cut away the feathers of the second one in order to pop just the body of the turkey.

jjpeapea I love a personalized card - your dino card is too cute, it made me chuckle. I've been working through some older product while making some Halloween cards. The chipboard on this one is from Cosmo Cricket! I've popped up the sentiment with some skinny foam strip for the twist.

Ryann those pumpkins have such cute and comical faces. I'm glad they got to come out and play. They're set off so well by the background paper.

I’m doing several different challenges at once with this project, using up Doodlebug fall patterned papers. I hope you don’t mind if I share this here as well as in other threads. Oct share - sets/SLOC by jo.blackford, on Flickr

I made a Halloween card. The popped item is the sentiment. I wasn't quite happy with the ink color order when I finished the background, but decided in the end it was perfect because the trick or treater heads ended up in the bright part.

FurryP Yes! I like how the figures are grounded by the purple and have their heads in the light then the big dark sky above. I love the sweetness of this group of friends venturing out together in the dark to trick or treat.

So many super cool fall cards! I will be back in a bit to leave love for each of them. Thanks, jjpeapea for the challenge, and all of the rest of you for the inspiration! Here is mine, which started with a photo of one of the centerpieces at dinner last night. This is a thankyou card for that dinner. The "suede" frame is popped up on SB.com foam for the twist. I am not happy with the double sided tape that continues to show through, but I am afraid to try to lift up the greeting acetate piece now to substitute liquid glue with a fine tip. fall thankyou by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Ladies your cards are all AMAZING! azcrafty those leaves and other elements look to have so much depth with the embossing and inking. Love the cute fox tucked into that wreath and the message in the background. joblackford you ROCKED that SLoC challenge. I think fun cards like these were what Doodlebug was created for. And your SLoC set are really elegant, Shakti . Fun to see how two different takes on one challenge can bring about two completely different yet wonderful results! scrapnnana , that turkey is cute enough to gobble up. Love how the banner pieces coordinate with his tail feathers. There is love in the Gallery for your happy pumpkins, Ryann . No one could pull this one out of an envelope and not start smiling. FurryP , that inking is spooky and perfect! Looks great behind those silhouetted trick n treaters. MDscrapaholic those foiled leaves are absolutely GORGEOUS! Pretty colours and the foiling makes them POP! mbanda , that wreath is an eye popper. Love the depth, and how it looks so great against that woodgrain, like a real wreath on a door.

What a nice suprise to come home from my volunteer job and see more cards. MDscrapaholic Spectacular! The paper with the gold veins in the leaves is so special, the stitching makes it look so elegant and polished, and the offset of the shiny sentiment really pops. Great wedding card. mbanda gorgeous! I love the contrast of the background and the orange leaves. Did you cut (punch/die cut) and color each leaf?? grammadee so special with the personal touch of the photo from the actual occasion. And the suede adding so much texture. I don't see tape, just the special photot.

I did some ink blending with my distress inks on some white paper then I used a leaf die I had and cut them all out. The gold leaves I made with Mica flakes. I did a big batch (it's messy) and have been using them on my Fall cards.

jjpeapea I'm going to have to check the AI set out! That is such a fun car with the t-rex. azcrafty what is the MMH kit? I love, love, love your card. You did an excellent job with your markers! scrapnnana clever way to cut the turkey out! I love that banner. Ryann way to use your stash! I'm still going through LOTS of SEI. Those are such fun, different looking jack o'lanterns. joblackford I really like how you did the matting on all these cards. It really makes everything stand out. FurryP I am impressed by the background you made! Was it Tim Holtz distress inks? The silhouettes of the trick or treaters is perfect! MDscrapaholic WOW! All that gold foiling is amazing! Was it done with a minc machine? mbanda I adore that wreath on your card. The weathered blue wood background is perfection! You did a great job with the shading on the leaves. grammadee the suede frame is such a great way to add texture to a card! I think you did a fabulous job.

One of those mini sets that you used to be able to find at random places. I may have gotten that one at Michaels back in the day.
