Today I had an allergic reaction to something I ate and took benedryl and lost my afternoon. 😂😴🥱 Oh no! What did you eat? |

It was a soup from a Thai restaurant. There was something in it for flavoring and I tasted it but didn't eat much of it (maybe a big piece of lemongrass) and under my eyes swelled up and I had sinus pressure. The liquid benedryl worked quickly.

We had mushroom risotto with crispy bacon and parmesan shavings.
I'm nursing a sore arm as I had my first shingles vaccine due to being autoimmune suppressed
