Be it small or big.
Hoping to gain some last minute inspiration. Have only barely started, plus I like seeing others great finds they're excited about

I bought a propane stand heater for the hot tub deck. Something he would never buy for himself but will appreciate.

I found a lot of fun things on Facebook for my DS and SIL. I bought DSIL a Pokemon card made from his dog that I think he'll love. He's really into Pokemon. For both of them, they bought their first house this year and I found a place that sells a first house print with their address and names. I think they'll love that too.

We celebrate Hanukkah so my sisters and I gave my Mom her Aura digital picture frame this past Saturday. She was shocked and since I had everyone send their photos to the frame ahead of time, once I plugged it in there were the photos! She had tears because we not only loaded current photos, but photos from the past of my late father and as well as past family events. She called me yesterday to say she can't pass the frame by without sitting and watching for a few minutes!

I bought a mug press last year and everyone in the house is getting a personalized mug for Christmas. DH is National Lampoon Christmas Vacation themed, DD is getting a guinea pig mug (because I broke the one she had from Etsy), other DD has a frog on it, DS is Among Us, and other DS is Lego themed. I "borrowed" photos from the internet, but someday I will learn to design my own stuff...

I got my DH a really nice high end foot massage that works the calves too. He works on his feet all night and I hear him come home and walk around sort of flexing and balling his toes under so I think he'll enjoy this.
DD wanted some makeup line from C-Beauty, Flower Knows. It's totally princessy and girly packaging and by the price it's probably not the highest end makeup but I got the packages in the mail and even the boxes are beautiful so I can't wait to see her open it and oogle all her new goodies.

My daughter got married in October, and my husband commissioned my graphic designer niece to make them a personalized family crest. It came out super adorable. I bought them a set of drinking glasses with the crest printed on them.b Totally his idea and I can’t wait for them to open it.

DS is getting a canvas print I had done from a picture of my late DH holding our DGS. DH passed away when DGS was only 21 months old and this was one of only a few photos I had of both of them.

A set of Van Gogh Starry Night mugs for DH. There are actually 2 Starry Night paintings and this set has one of each. He has NO clue.
For DS, the cargo cover for his new car.

I don't think this is last minute inspiration for you, but a tiny taxidermy duckling for my teenage daughter (who is incidentally vegan, but also really macabre?). It's very fluffy for a dead duck. She will like making it tiny top hats and clothing, and I got a fancy bell jar to keep it in.

My son is a senior in college. In the fall, he showed me the pair of Adidas that are made for the University every year. They went on sale so I bought them for him. He has no idea.

My DH went to SUNY back in the late 80s. He has spoken eleven thousand times about a "cold cheese" pizza they would get after the bars. In a nutshell it's regular pizza with a handful of cold mozz cheese on top right before serving. Apparently the hot and cold combo makes angles sing. LOL
I FOUND A T-SHIRT ABOUT COLD CHEESE PIZZA! I am so stoked to give that to him.
For my kiddo I got the CrunchLabs STEM monthly subscription box. I hope he thinks it's as cool as I do.

DH and i have a tradition where we swap funny Keychains. We also decided we don't need anything really so we set a budget and are going to make a loose them of 2023 memories. One of our most frequent dinners this year has been walking the neighborhood at happy hour until we find a "Buck A Shuck" stand on a patio and grabbing oysters and a cheap beer.
I found a metal Keychain that says "Moister than an Oyster" for a little stocking stuffer. He's going to hate it and laugh until he cries.
He's also getting Edgar Allen Poe art for the house, a Poe shirt, local BBQ sauce, Old Bay peanuts, a crab ornament, Fall of the House of Usher book, an Oriole shirt, a map of the neighborhood, and a barbie hoodie.
The kids all get excited for their costco boxes- they get toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry soap and fresh dryer balls, dish cloths, and a jumbo pack of their fav snack. This year they asked for costco memberships so I'll tuck them in their laundry basket.

It's so silly but I always buy tote bags to deal with stocking "overflow" and I bought my oldest daughter a Lisa Frank tote bag. She was (and still is) a Lisa Frank freak and she will go nuts for it - I can't wait to see it!

For my oldest grandson I bought him a personalized lap artist easel/desk, he mentioned one awhile back and I think he will love it. And I always love giving my family books that are autographed by the Author. They look forward to them each year to see which book and Author I have picked for them.

I'm having a hard time with my daughter's gifts. She gave me a list and I came up with a few ideas of my own, but none of it's terribly exciting. I did find a really cute hoodie that I think she'll love, so I hope that's a fun surprise for her.
Dh is a sentimental guy so I got him a keychain that has a penny engraved with a heart around the year we were married and our initials. I also got him an engraved with his initials whiskey decanter and two whiskey glasses. And a custom sign for our new RV. I think he will love it all.
I got our best friends a couple of Christmas ormanents that are a joke, I think they will love those.

When we were kids we had a pet duck, and one year my mum bought my sister (a teenager at the time) a taxidermy duckling for Christmas. Kinda weird, but so very cute. Hmmmm, I don't actually know whether it was a real taxidermy duckling or a fake, but it looked very real. My sister's duckling was on a stand.

Telescope for 13 year old grandson. He’s really been into checking out the moon/stars lately and has said several times over the last year he wished he had one. I think he’s going to be so surprised!

For both of my SILs I got all the supplies they needed to make mandala dot rocks. They’re both crafty and mandalas are right up their alley. Plus this weekend my sister is teaching me so I can decorate one for each of them, plus some blank stones for them. Rainy_Day_Woman That.is.awesome!

Mine was the Christmas cards I sent to my crafty friends. I make all our cards, but for the crafty besties, I do something a little over the top and I loved how they turned out this year.

I work with Melissa Fitzgerald (from The West Wing). She recently did an event with Martin Sheen in our area, so she got Martin to sign DH's copy of Gettysburg for me. She and I finally got to see each other today, so I gave it to him tonight. DH couldn't stop smiling and laughing.
I gave her the DVD in September, so it has been turmoil every time he'd look for a DVD or video game and I was hoping he wouldn't want to watch it during that time or notice an empty area with the DVDs we have. Fortunately, it's usually in July he watches it the most and clearly, he wasn't too observant. I'm so thrilled with how happy he is.

I soooooo want one of those but dh says it's him or the mouse.
