I watched this snd it was pretty scary in theory. I also loved what she showed before the tic tok tjing. Bud lite they ran a fundraiser for him so six hours later he changes his stance and encourages people to start buying Bud lite 🤦‍♀️. Since he had flip flopped so much it’s obvious he will do and say anything at this point.

It really is dangerous though as he needs lots of money and fast. He has contacts with a lot of enemies and all he has to do is promise them something. He doesn’t seem to care about national security so I really hope they are keeping their eyes in him even more. I thought I saw somewhere that he may have borrowed from North Korea but then if just disappeared maybe because it was false or ? It was just in the last few weeks.

For Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee, the evidence window is closed.

As the judge readies to rule at the end of the week on whether to disqualify Georgia DA Fani Willis based on misconduct charges that she profited from a clandestine romance with her special counsel subordinate Nathan Wade — the defense attorneys have been turned away from being able to admit more evidence.

And for MSNBC's legal correspondent Katie Fang this signals that the Fulton County judge has made up his mind and isn't going to change.

Judges also have to consider the admissibility of that evidence, and the hearsay issues in these proffers raise a lot questions," writes Phang. "Ultimately, that he has not yet reopened the evidence suggests that McAfee has made up his mind, and the introduction of additional testimony will not move the needle on that decision."

That’s about all McAfee can really do about it. I said earlier there are only two questions and one of them was did the alleged misconduct create a conflict of interest that adversely affected the defendants’ right to a fair trial? If you cannot connect the misconduct to a due process defect, then there’s no case for disqualification.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office will hand Trump's team another 15,000 new documents they obtained from the Southern District of New York for the election interference case involving hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Another 31,000 documents were released Thursday.

The DA is handing the documents over to Trump after the S.D.N.Y. informed him they found new documents when Trump's team requested them two months ago. Bragg's team had requested the paperwork last year.

The documents relate to the case of Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen which was investigated years ago. Thus far, he is the only one who has gone to prison for being involved in the hush money scandal. Only a handful had been handed over when the DA initially requested them.

As former prosecutor Joyce Vance explained, "In the initial production, the DA concluded fewer than 200 items were relevant."

Bragg said that his office has turned over every document that they have.

The Justice Department's delay in providing the documents could now slow the trial, which was scheduled to begin March 25. Trump's lawyers have asked for a 90-day delay, while the D.A.'s office said it agree to 30 days.

Trump's lawyers are demanding that the case be dismissed because the DA's office withheld the documents from them.

"An immediate adjournment is appropriate, but the Court should reject the People’s effort to ward off President Trump’s pending motion to dismiss the Indictment, which is based on the People’s significant and ongoing discovery violations," a letter from Trump's lawyer to the judge says.

Cohen has long complained that he has been denied documents involving his case at the federal level despite help from members of Congress and Freedom of Information Act requests.

He said the Justice Department told him that more than 480,000 documents responded to his query, but they could only send a certain number each week — meaning it would take decades to access all of them.

"First, FOIA stated that after a lengthy search, there were no documents found responsive to the request," wrote Cohen in a blog post in Sept. 2023. "After presenting documents in my possession via attorney Mark Zaid, miraculously, an apology was offered along with an acknowledgment that there are documents responsive to the request…in fact, more than 480,000."

Cohen told Raw Story that so far he's only received 32 documents.

Donald Trump sought dismissal of the criminal hush money case brought against him, but instead he got only a delay of trial for 20 days.

The delay stems from a stash of documents recently revealed in the case. They are expected to be related to a case involving Trump's former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen, a key witness for the prosecution,

The prosecution in the case affirmed it would accept a 30-day delay due to the additional records, and Trump requested the Trump be tossed entirely or delayed for 90 days instead of the offered 30.

But the judge had another idea in mind.

Instead of granting Trump's request, or giving a 30-day delay from the March 25 trial date, the judge ordered a delay of 30 days from the date of the letter, which is marked as March 15. That's 10 days before the scheduled trial in that case.

"Breaking: Donald Trump’s hush money trial is DELAYED by 30 days, Justice Juan Merchan rules," Frank G. Runyeon of Law360 reported Friday. He then added a correction to that:

"Clarification: judge delays trial proceedings for 30 days from today. Another words, we’re looking at ~April 15 it seems."
