I’m so glad you enjoyed your trip. And I’m delighted that you got good weather! Given the deluge of rain there has been over the last month or so, you were lucky!

I didn't read your initial post because I wasn't planning on going to Scotland at the time... Well, I'll be staying there for five days post cruise this summer! We are staying in Glasgow with some things in Edinburgh reserved, also a Rabbie's one-day tour to the Highland Lochs and castles. Did you take the train back and forth between Glasgow and Edinburgh? Did you have to reserve it in advance? I understand that they run often so I'm thinking reservations aren't needed?No reservations are needed. The trains between Glasgow Queen St (not Glasgow Central) and Edinburgh Waverley run about every 20 minutes. 👍🏻 |

We didn't buy the tickets in advance and didn't have trouble getting on the train even though it was rush hour. Public transportation in and between the cities is so easy. |

Scotland’s a special place, for sure. Well, I love meeting new people from all over, and there’s just something about traveling that lets you connect on a whole new level. I had a similar experience while traveling around Korea, where I ended up in some pretty unique spots. One night, I found myself at 신촌셔츠룸 —a spot that really surprised me with the vibe and the people I met. It’s laid-back but has that cool, exclusive feel where you just get to relax and enjoy the night without any fuss. |
