Why does she have "model" in her TikTok bio? Is she a model now?

You know, I haven’t yet, but I could see me & my DD taking a selfie picture while shopping. I don’t know, I could see it happening. Some days are just so plain meeting someone for shopping is my highlight of my day so maybe I’d grab a selfie for my planner. I’m not gonna poke fun at her taking a shopping selfie.
But if somehow I got other people in the photo I would not be commenting rudely about them in my photo. I would not expect privacy in a store. And even if I did take such a selfie, I doubt I’d post it online, less likely to post it online without cropping people out, and again I’d not be complaining about other people shopping. It’s shopping what does she expect?

She came across my “for you” on tiktok. She had a huge facelift procedure and shared all the details. I got the hell out to there so fast. It’s crazy. She spent some ridiculous amount on the facelift, like over $100K. That was a year ago, and I think she’s maybe done a second one (revision) since then? She also just had surgery to have fat injected into her hands to make them look younger. 🙄 She left the Mormon church, and she’s made that and her facelift her whole personality. Also her TikTok videos are so cringe with all of these baity titles like a bad tabloid. It made me remember why she always drove me nuts. I just noticed that. Darn ex-Mos giving the rest of us a bad name, lol. I'm reading "Bad Mormon" now.

I watch all the Housewives so I already know her back story, but thought I might find it interesting. Not sure.

I took a scrapbooking class from her a long time ago. I didn’t like her. The ladies in the class were swooning over her because she was a big scrapbooking star and she enjoyed it. It was sickening to watch. And she had a fat ass and horribly bleached blond hair.

Not my thing and Teresa Collins is not anyone that would have anything that I would want or that I want to learn anything from, so it would be a hard no for me. At the beginning I thought it was just 280.00 to be able to pre shop her sale or whatever it is and that was a oh hell to the no, who would be crazy to do that. But after looking at the schedule she is offering other things and I assume it includes at least one really good meal…so if this type of event is your thing or you like Teresa, I don’t think it is that bad of a deal. I pay quite a bit for concert tickets, others might think it is crazy but it is my thing and worth it. This wouldn’t be something I would be tempted by, even for free. 😆

I checked it out on the Libby app. Gotta finish soon as my check-out expires tomorrow, lol

Is she enticing people to a crafting event and then giving them an option to buy stuff in her house just so she can get rid of her furnishings, or is the moving sale scrapbooking items that she would like to not have to move?

The write-up is extremely vague, and I think the event sounds like a scam. No way would I pay close to $300 for a catered meal, a crop, and a chance to buy second-hand furniture.

Ah good point. I assumed it was a warehouse of new products. Even worse if it is crap from her house. I would then add you couldn’t even pay me to attend that. 😆😆. I hope someone has some more information because I am really curious now.

I just love Joey Swoll! I have followed him for a little while. I love that he talks about gym etiquette and encourages people to be welcoming to newcomers and calls out bad behavior. Recently, he posted a video calling out these three women who had videoed in a spa setting and showed a women changing clothes on the other side of this glass wall-as in her naked backside was in full veiw(not blurred out) and they were laughing at her like a bunch of mean girls. He was pissed, as was his followers. He was able to talk to the spa, and the management was able to track down who these horrible women were and they were banned from the facility. They were also able to identify the woman who was filmed without her concent and Joey let her know he knew a lawyer who was willing to help her if she wanted to get the authorities involved and press charges against them. Then the lady main lady who filmed and posted the video contacted Joey, demanding he take the video down because she was getting negative attention. Nope. Sucks to be you. I just love his message of "you need to do better". We need more people wanting to make the world a better place. I love him, too! I can’t stand seeing people get bullied and mocked, and love that he stands up for being respectful and respectable. Good work.

Is this Teresa Collins only thread? Wasn't sure if she had a 'big' thread or not.
Anyway, is anyone else watching TC's newest Tik Tok series? Apparently she sold her home, completely finished and let the guy move in early after paying extra $ and then his funding fell through. So a random dude is living in her home, she is 4 hours away at her new home, and is all panicking that the guy isn't going to move out now.

They were facing foreclosure so I was afraid they’d just walk away from it all or something but alas it all worked out whew. I feel sorry for her as that is a true nightmare.

She sounds like a victim of her own drama. If you're selling your house, you have legal paperwork. Especially someone of her financial status. She should be fine. The guy will have to move out. The biggest pita is putting her house back on the market.
And who sells an expensive house to someone without locked in financials? That's crazy.

Those comments! 😂 I'm a little surprised no one knows who she is honestly. If you are not into scrapping, how would you know her? I can show her picture to all of my family and friends and nobody would know her. I am into scrapping and I just barely know who she is. If I ran across her IRL I wouldn't recognize her. I think I have one or two of her products in my entire stash, and I don't follow a single thing she does or content she creates. So when people here mention her name, I always have to stop a minute to recall who she is.

She’s so baity.
They closed on the sale and she allowed him to pay extra to move in early, before funding. The funding then fell through. She gets the $55K escrow, free and clear, plus the money he paid to move in early.
He’s not some squatter or rando that just moved into her house. I’m sure he was just as shocked by the situation as she is. The guy is moving out, per the deadline.
She drives me crazy the way she refers to her house as “luxury house” in everything and talks about how gorgeously designed it is. The house is pretty, don’t get me wrong, but anyone raving about their own decor choices comes across as pretentious and braggy. EVERYONE likes their own style, that’s not a flex.

I am curious to know if she has to pay a realtor again, or if, since the sale didn’t go through completely, she gets that money returned.
Overall this is a headache, sure, but hardly the “nightmare” she’s claiming it to be. They’re not in danger of losing the house (as far as I know, obvs), or in a situation where they now have to struggle to make two mortgages. And honestly, selling a house when you’ve already moved is probably easier than when you live there, since it can stay pristine and you don’t have to vacate for showings.

Oh wow! What a mess. I don’t know why I follow her because she drives me crazy. She tries to come off as genuine but I find her to be so fake. She constantly posts selfies of every single thing she does and all her travels and luxury items. I don’t get it.

Wow! I wonder if the guy also packed up a few of her things too, didn't she sell the house completely furnished?

If I recall correctly, their was some Theresa chatter on the scrapbook board, on a couple-few pages of the Becky thread.
Theresa *thinks* she is a decorator. A house that is full of all white and gold and very ornate, does not make one a decorator. I think her home-real estate photographs were staged, so she could showcase her extensive collection of expensive purses.
Her current house-real estate drama......I believe that is called KARMA.

So, I'm a few weeks late to the drama party but did she ever give an update on social media? She can't just leave us hanging here after baiting us.
Also, I know things are different from one country to another, yadda yadda, and I'm not in the US but I've never heard of people moving in before the funds are secured. Is this a regular thing? Squatter's rights are no joke on my side of the Atlantic.

Squatter's rights are no joke on my side of the Atlantic. After posting about it relentlessly, multiple times a day, for what felt like weeks, she dropped off the TikTok planet, or at least off my feed. I saw one in the last day or so saying that’s she’ll be relisting the house in the next couple of weeks. Allowing a buyer to move in before funds are secured is not a normal thing, although it does happen on occasion. We moved into ours after closing, but the day before it funded, but we also live in a very small town. While we didn’t know the seller personally, we had lots of friends in common who vouched for us.
