I’m confused about Sunny Days Ahead because I own a collection called that, by EP, from years ago… that’s identical down to the cut apart but then the 4 by 6 pad is different patterns. Is it a mistake or a rerelease? 🫤 And how is it a preorder but also on sale? They are two different collections. Note the copyrights on the collection packs: 2024 on the new release ( here) & 2015 on the old line ( there). While neither collection is currently on sale or includes a 4x6 pad, each has a 6x6 paper pad with the same patterns as its corresponding 12x12 collection pack: new & old. As aj2hall mentioned, it appears ACOT erroneously linked the pre-order for the new release with the previous collection since they share the same name. Perhaps Matt at ACOT can confirm/correct. UPDATE: breetheflea - Per Matt at ACOT 's post below, these two different EP collections with the same name are no longer comingled, & only the new release is available for pre-order.

You're right, sorry about that. We didn't mean to put the older products on pre-order. That's fixed and only the new release is available for pre-order now.

Gone Fishing would have been perfect to document the 8 day fishing trip my husband and son took last summer. Except between the 4 men there, 11 photos were taken in total. ELEVEN. This made me LOL, totally my husband.

I really love the Gone Fishing and Roll with it. Also like the woodland map stamp set ( I have most of the winnie the pooh collection). I also really like the recipe cards although not sure I will buy them.

Echo Park needs to change their embellishments, one of their designers said they use the same templates/dies to make them for every collection and they are the same tiny shapes every time.

ACOT still has something weird going on with the Sunny Days Ahead, on the 12x12 and 6x6 pad they show a patterned purple paper that they don't have on there as a single sheet.

These are all hard passes for me, with the exception of the solids pack in Happy As Can Bee. Thank you for posting it all though!

Well…I’ll have to buy all of Roll with it. Steve Duncan does that vintage mid century modern look better than anyone. It gives me all the old OA feels . I love it and need to hoard all of it !

So true. I honestly think I am going to start storing his carta bella lines with my beloved folder of OA papers.

ACOT still has something weird going on with the Sunny Days Ahead, on the 12x12 and 6x6 pad they show a patterned purple paper that they don't have on there as a single sheet. Good eye! Only 11 pattern papers are available by the sheet, so it appears 1 was omitted. Perhaps Matt at ACOT can address this issue. ETA: Night Owl - Per Matt at ACOT's post below, the missing paper is now available for pre-order.

Into the Wild - the diecuts and a couple of papers made it on my wishlist. Happy as Can Bee - I'm going to have a hard time resisting the collection kit Gone Fishing - I have no need or desire for anything except that Canoes paper - that one I NEED No Winnie the Pooh for me Fruitstand - I like the lemons paper Sunny Days Ahead - I feel like I already own several of those papers (rainbow, clouds...) or at least papers very similar Recipe cards - I like that it feels NEW but not something I need Roll With it - I really want a more modern baking/cooking line - I just can't scrap myself baking with images that remind me of my GrandmaI agree. The vintage cooking stuff is just not my jam. Same! Just stop with the cream aged background. Give me white but not childish.

... Just stop with the cream aged background. Give me white... Agree! IMHO the cream-based collections are especially challenging due to lack of color consistency. If only manufacturers would offer the matching cream solid paper or, preferably, cardstock (or share the Bazzill, My Colors, or whatever cardstock brand color equivalent) ...

pantsonfire you are not wrong about "Bee Happy" and "Happy As Can Bee" but I still love it. I made cards for our swap last year using that collection. I still have paper left, so I will resist the new one. I like the fruit one and the camping one. We don't camp, but I find those papers work well for outdoor pictures, photos from DS childhood or my dogs.

May EP Into The Wild - I really like this one. I'm not a camper but I go to a lot of state and metro parks. The colors are really pretty and the plaid animals are really neat. I love the stencils, too. I'll probably get a lot of this.
EP Happy As Can Bee - Bee stuff just isn't my thing. The only thing that looks usable to me is that pretty daisy paper. The b-side would also be good if you want to scrap the Steelers (boo!)
CB Gone Fishing (by stevenduncandesigner ) I really don't like the color palette on this but a couple of pieces would be useful for scrapping my dad. I like all of the freshwater fish stuff, including the stencil. You don't see a lot of freshwater fish in scrapping. I'll probably buy just a couple of papers and the stencil.
June CB Fruit Stand - I really like this one. The style of art is so pretty. I'll get a lot of the papers. I need to think of fruit like flowers- you can just slap them anywhere. So, so pretty.
EP Sunny Days Ahead - This is fine but I've been scrapping so long that I already have tons of stuff that looks just like this. The solid color papers are nice and the sticker sheet but the patterned paper is pretty boring.
CB Roll With It (by stevenduncandesigner ) - I do not like this. I can always use baking paper but this just isn't attractive. I really wanted to like it, too. The only thing that is tempting is the rolling pin stencil.
As usual, I love EP/CB stencils, dislike their embellishments and stamps, and like a collection here or there. I used to love Steven Duncan when he did October Afternoon but lately his designs are just not doing it for me. Maybe I'm over vintage.

Not usually a fan of their papers but I did buy some stamps and dies when they had a huge sale. Wish they’d do that again.

There's nothing in these releases I feel I have to have although there are a couple of b sides that might make my wish list. Like many of you I'd love to see a cleaner and more modern cooking/baking line.

Thanks for your responses. Overall, these releases seem either vintage/dingy/pre-distressed or feminine/floral with fruits or insects. Only the bold plaid paper & arrow stencil from Into the Wild were added to my wish list.
