Why are there flowers coming out of a paintbrush? I just can’t….

How do we feel about SS including images of their packaged products in lines though? I hate it. I really, really hate it.

I like SS a lot (I just bought three of their summer/travel lines), but these collections do nothing for me. I’d possibly consider the crafty things floral pack, and Thicker phrases, and maybe a couple sheets of paper, but that’s about it.

I generally don’t like the Vintage lines. They aren’t my style and I have a hard time using them (although I do think they’re pretty). The Linen Market one is really nice though. Probably won’t buy because of above. But I always like red & blue with yellow.
The crafty line is very cute. But I have 0% need to scrap my scrapping. I have plenty of cute collections for this already and let’s be honest, I rarely crop outside of my home and don’t really take pictures of me in my comfy raggedy sweatshirts with undone hair as I scrap at home 😂 These must sell well because companies are constantly putting them out.
The Father’s Day line looks like one they did years ago, also with orange. Don’t really need this one either.
I already commented on the Disney related lines and let’s just say I went a little wild in purchasing those. I do full albums for our trips and buy big collections to use for each trip. I used up most of the 2022 collection and am very happy for a refresh for the next project! I find their Disney lines so easy to use.

Simple Vintage Meadow Flowers - I love that paper that looks like a stack of paper with notebook paper on top. That is a must. I also think some of the papers (tickets, tags) would be great for layering with my 49 & Market stuff. I don't like the whole collection and I'm not a fan of the embellishments (they are so wispy that there would be a ton of white margins - wish they were laser cut like 49 & Market) but a few of those papers are must haves.
Simple Vintage Linen Market - I don't object to a primary triad color scheme but I'm just not into the country quiltlike aesthetic. I want to like it because of the pretty colors, but this is a no.
Crafty Things - I've bought several craft lines recently but I'm guessing a few pieces of this will jump in my cart, too, even though this isn't my favorite line. Definitely the glitter enamel dots. I can't resist art supplies or sparkly enamel dots. I do go to scrapbook retreats and I teach art, so I do have crafty stuff to scrap. I thought it was interesting that one of their embellishments is a Dreambox.
Father's Day- Seriously, we are still using neckties as a symbol of fathers? Nope. So cliché and lame.

Thanks for your responses. I like the diagonal plaid in the Father's Day but am not drawn to vintage, feminine, floral, gold-accented, etc. lines. I'm especially disappointed this release does not offer new stencil designs. Nothing is added to my wish list.

Can I say I am fed up with scrapbook brands and ambassadors tinkering with the light or colors when they take pictures of their lines or layouts? It happens so often with Simple Stories.
Just yesterday, I saw a scrapbooker play with one of the new Simple Stories summer lines. Her cardstock was white. The pattern paper was more off-white/beige. It was obvious. Yet, in the end, the pictures she showed were all the same base.
I received True Colors and Just Beachy a few days ago. I'm so disappointed with the colors. They were so similar, for a start. I didn't expect that. Also, some colors are almost neon! The stickers sheet is much truer in colors to online images.
I know that web images can be different from real supplies, depending on computers, etc. That's not what I'm talking about. It's the obvious Photoshop pictures I'm fed up with.

The irony of True Colors not being true colors... not sure what emoji to even use here.

This is one of my bugbears too. I understand companies want to make their products look their best, and I understand why creators might lighten their finished photos, but I hate when I buy products expecting them to look a certain way and they are significantly different. I've had that happen with SS previously, I bought a red polka dot that I loved online but which turned out to be almost burgundy irl. I don't typically order product right when it is released, so I often rely on things like Shimelle using it in her livestreams to get a better idea of whether it is something I want to buy.
