Just a little tid bit about .... And they thought he was their special guy!! Before Trump became president in 2017, and over the course of three decades, he was arguably the greatest litigant of all time. Certainly, Trump was among the most litigious people in U.S. history. Whether he is the plaintiff or the defendant, Trump uses the law as a means of bullying and punishing his adversaries regardless of who they are.Between 1986 and 2016, Trump was involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits according to James Zirin, author of The Plaintiff in Chief. In about 60 percent of these personal and business clashes, Trump was busy using the law to sue an array of individuals and entities. His defendants included personal assistants, celebrities, mental patients, prisoners, attorneys, businesspeople, family members, unions, governments and the media. *** As a defendant, Trump has been sued for racial and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, fraud, breaches of trust, money laundering, defamation, stiffing creditors, defrauding students, defaulting on loans and misusing his own charitable foundation to further his political and business interests. Trump’s win-loss record is an impressive one, winning 451 times and losing only 38 times. In some 500 cases, judges have dismissed plaintiffs’ claims against Trump; hundreds of other cases ended with the available public records unclear about the resolution. ....... And a whole lot more....... www.rawstory.com/raw-investigates/justice-delayed-is-not-always-justice-denied/

He will have the lawyers ask totally unrelated things in depositions to attempt to bully people into withdrawing because he has his people dig into their lives microscopically, if nothing is there they plant it. They find something innocent & twist it. I have seen lives he has destroyed. I met people who he has destroyed. He is a sick disgusting vile excuse for a person. Stormy was “successful” because she had/has nothing to hide. She’s a porn star, everyone in her life knows she’s a porn star he can’t embarrass her with what everyone already knows. There wasn’t too much he could embarrass her with - though he’s tried & will continue to try.

Holy crappity... Tom Cotton talks about Judge Merchan donations to Biden.. what about Thomas and Alito's filled deep pockets...?? youtu.be/WHS7leawJKQ?si=iBK4ZLMlUZ7NaZQxYou're talking about the judge, Juan Merchan," the host pointed out. "He did give $20 to Democrats, gave $15 to Joe Biden in 2020. But the appeals court, Senator, affirmed his decision to stay on the case."

This Aaron Rupar… ”I didn't say 'lock her up'" -- Trump, on Fox & Friends and facing possible jail time, tries to distance himself from the ubiquitous "lock her up" chants about Hillary Clinton at her rallies” Prompted this from Barb McQuade… “By denying that he led chants of “lock her up,” Trump is asking people to put tribe over truth. The point is not to convince his followers that the lie is true. The point is to convince his followers to repeat the lie even though it is false. Choose truth over tribe.” x.com/barbmcquade/status/1797306928239956410?s=61&t=j45uMgNk1i8O0YllKF58nw

NO one was injured!!!! TFG 'trust Jesus' bus crashes.. Highland Blvd is a major multilane road through the middle of Staten Island NYC .. BTW: not an accident, but neglect by not setting the parking brake properly!! x.com/DamianCr0ss/status/1797311339473371561"It was parked by the CVS, and it rolled down," one witness told Cross. "Nobody was in it." "Holy crap," Cross replied before suggesting that the accident had been a "freaking miracle" because no one was hurt when the bus crossed the intersection without a driver. "This right after Trump gets declared guilty, unbelievable, if ever you needed a metaphor," he noted. "They're saying there's no airbrake on it, just bad luck." www.rawstory.com/trump-bus-crash/

As a followup... A right-wing media personality complained on Sunday that Justice Juan Merchan was biased against Donald Trump, but was met with some intense backlash. Conservative media personality Erick Erickson, the founder of Red State, took to social media over the weekend to a make a case that Merchan was more biased than Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, who said his wife flew an upside down flag in response to a Trump-related neighborhood dispute. www.rawstory.com/right-wing-2668439705/

MTG and her new hair brained scheme.... Wonder how NY and next NJ can stop our payments to the feds(I know the other states too).. Where does she think part of Georgia's deficit budget comes from..?? 2022 #20 Georgia $2.12 return for every $1.00 they put inRep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has a not so drastic new idea to get revenge on the state of New York following former President Donald Trump's 34-count felony conviction in Manhattan for falsification of business records. According to Politico, "Greene is planning to reinvigorate her push to defund special counsel Jack Smith as part of the appropriations process, we’re told — despite Speaker Mike Johnson telling Playbook last month that he thinks the idea is unworkable. But Greene won’t stop there. She’s planning a push to 'defund New York' by blocking the state from receiving any federal funds — including things like education and housing — an effort that could pick up support from MAGA hardliners." www.rawstory.com/marjorie-taylor-greene-2668442626/

Rudy Giuliani is being paid over $16,000 a month by The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation a CHARITY..(initially created after 9/11) Former President Donald Trump's embattled ally Rudy Giuliani, faced with bankruptcy and financial destitution, is reportedly drawing income from an unexpected source: A charity founded in memory of a firefighter killed in the September 11 attacks. According to The New York Times, "In a filing last week, attorneys for Mr. Giuliani said that one of the former New York City mayor’s companies, Giuliani Communications, receives about $16,300 per month in income from his internet show 'America’s Mayor Live.' Mr. Giuliani’s attorney said that money comes 'mainly' from the Sept. 11 charity, the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation." www.rawstory.com/rudy-giuliani-2668442760/They have been a good charity.. Besides 9/11 they pay off the mortgages for Police NY officers' families who are killed on duty.

Today’s hearing on COVID made clear two things.
1. If there should ever be another pandemic under no circumstances should the American People listen to what the Republicans have to say.
2. Man there really should be some sort of intelligence test given to all who run for Congress the first time.
Aaron Rupar….
”Today's Fauci hearing is a reminder of something that's easy to forget now -- 4 years ago, covid absolutely dominated public life here in the US and was a top issue in the 2020 campaign. It's easy to take for granted how skillfully Biden oversaw the vaccine rollout and got the economy back up and running. But it's one of the defining successes of his first term.”

Like many others we lost a family member that should still be here. They also seem to forget about the supply chain issues and inflation that happened during that time.

Elise Stefanik seems to have embarrassed herself today,😁. She recently filed a complaint against Judge Merchan also .. wonder how that one will turn out for her? 😁 Rep. Elise Stefanik's attack on the New York civil court judge who held former President Donald Trump liable for over $450 million seems to have died with a whimper, according to a new report. Justice Arthur F. Engoron and law clerk Allison Greenfield were both cleared by a state commission of allegations that they exhibited "inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance," according to a new report from the Daily Beast. The Beast also reports that news of the ruling came as a surprise to Stefanik (R-NY). www.rawstory.com/elise-stefanik-trump-2668446084/

There are numerous posts online about taking liberals to trial for not supporting Trump. The MAGAts are all in a tizzy agreeing that the lefties should be tried, convicted, jail or even executed.
My question for all of them wanting to give Trump this power, do they not re all how fast he turned in people in his inner circle & threw them under the bus? I mean he set up his own brother to take the fall in Atlantic City.
What will the MAGAts do when the “United Reich” comes for them or their family?

Like I have already said, lf there is ever another pandemic, absolutely do not listen to one word the Republicans say about what to do or not to do. Not one word.
Aaron Rupar…
“GOP Rep. Brad Wenstrup, chair of the Republican covid brainworm committee, is still insisting on Fox News (to zero pushback) that there's "no science" supporting wearing a mask during a pandemic”
Why are the Republicans dragging back the pandemic I don’t know. But since they are, the Democrats should remind the American People how badly the convicted felon dumpster don handled the pandemic.

Besides pointing out how badly trump handled the pandemic, the Democrats should remind people the Right does not support the Rule of Law in this country. Aaron Rupar… ”One of justices donated to Hillary Clinton" -- Fox News, following Fox Business, is preemptively attacking the justices on the New York appeals court, putting up their photos and trying to smear them as partisan Dems” “Fox Business is preemptively attacking justices on the New York appeals court who might hear the Trump case, putting up their photos and detailing their political affiliations” x.com/atrupar/status/1797989421448302875?s=61&t=j45uMgNk1i8O0YllKF58nw

Well isn’t this interesting…
emptywheel…
“David Weiss immunized a gun shop owner who was altering his records after the fact so he could prosecute Joe Biden's kid for a 5 year old gun purchase ... and no one is discussing that.”
Hey,David….
”And am I correct in saying that the prosecution still hasn’t provided the direct evidence (the application) to the defendant?”
emptywheel….
“No. They did -- but when they first provided it, they provided a scan, hiding that it shows 3 different pens used to fill it out.”
Paul Russell
”For someone who has not been following this in any detail, what is the significance of that? Was it filled in after the purchase? Is that important?
emptywheel…
“Yes. The gun was almost certainly sold illegally.
Prosecutors immunized the gunshop owner so they could prosecute Hunter.”
PR… ”Thanks. But would the illegal sale of the gun make a difference to Biden’s guilt or otherwise or merely implicate the shop owner in the crime also?”
Ew…
”Well, the fact that the gun shop was willing to alter the record after the fact SHOULD raise questions about whether they did so with the part of the form that he filled out.”
PR…
“Sorry, last question - is that Hunter Biden’s contention?”
ew….
”He won't have to make that contention; he'll only have to raise reasonable doubt.”
