Almost halfway through the year...
Do you have any crafty goals for June? Maybe an album you want to finish or some photos you want to scrap? Or maybe June is an organising month for you or a memory-making month?

I'm hoping to get April 2024 finished in the family album and then grab a trip album to make some progress on.

My June goals:
- Organize my craft area a bit - Plan: I’ve been dabbling for the past year as I reacclimated to the hobby. I need to start planning my creative time based on the way I create today vs. how I created over a decade ago. - I’d like to start organizing and sorting memorabilia since my previous system is defunct. - Bonus goal: Transfer more photos to my EHD

Thank goodness June is here. April/May were awful (lost one of our German Shepherds).
Finish my Arizona 2023 vacation album-it's out on the craft table, I've been working on it-just get it done!
That's enough for one month.

I got a few Billy bookcases with glass doors from Ikea for my birthday and they are so nice! I haven't had any tall storage in my craft room so I'm super excited to organize with them this weekend - my husband was kind enough to build them for me this week, so they're all ready to go. So my #1 goal this month is organizing my craft room.
My #2 goal is getting caught up in my Stop The Blur planner - it's a new project to me and so far I'm really enjoying it.
My #3 goal is getting my computer stuff organized - digital photos (I'm doing the Backup Bootcamp class from Miss Freddy), digital cut files, etc, and generally decluttering my hard drives. That is an overwhelming task for me, I have several devices and laptops and EXDs and it's just a lot.

Oh my oh my - how can it be June already? My scrap supply re-organizing is still ongoing and has pretty much prevented me from working on any actual sb projects. I have sorted out 5 full Artbin satchels of paper & c/s to pass on to my grand-dau-in-law. So at least I'm making progress. kimba, I'm so sorry for the loss of your beautiful friend. linda, thanks for keeping us focused.

June is my month to get caught up PL 2024 (I have a start, already). And I plan to complete my WITL 4x6 album.
I'm off from work the last 2 weeks of the month 🤗
Oh, and June will be my 6th month of NO crafty spending!

bingaling and another YouTuber are starting a challenge today and I’m thinking about how I can participate in it. My focus needs to be on figuring out which photos I have scrapbooked already. I don’t scrapbook or store completed pages chronologically so it’s really hard! I’m my own worst enemy!

Trying something different this month . . . Do whatever I want to do, just have fun. Doesn't matter if it's a card I can't use right now or might never use, or if it's a layout with pics I've already used, just do something that speaks to me.
A word of explanation. Life is really tough right now on several fronts and not going to get better for a while.
So - I'm going to have fun. No expectations, no "have to do's", a whole "who cares if it turns out good" attitude.

My only goal for June is to do something scrappy/crafty each day---either work on an existing album, make a card, OR work on creating a larger craft space for myself on our main floor until I have my own scrap room/office again. Right now I'm using the world's tiniest desk, which has a monitor & speakers on it, making it so that I don't even have space for a full piece of 12x12 paper.

This month I decided to share a plan with me on youtube where I planned out my month, including my craft goals. If anyone is interested in watching, here's a link: youtu.be/v8fG42gop5UMy focus this month is going to be on project life + story kit projects. Now that I finished up WITL I need some space before another contained project!

I am currently in a bit of a floundering phase.....so no scrapbooking goals for this month. And, that is very okay. I'm checking the message board regularly. I did place an order at ACOT. Mostly, just reading, reading, reading and more reading. Did I mention I am reading a lot? It's just the usual ebb and flow of life. Sometimes I am flowing and sometimes I am not. When this phase is over, I'll be back at it.

My main goal is to get my photos organized and an order placed. I had some busy life time and now I need to get photos ordered from March,April and May.
I have also set a goal to look through one old album per month and so any necessary fixes- re adhering anything I stuck down with glue stick, fixing any typos, filling any empty pages. So, I am starting that this month.
I am also going through some layout kits I assembled that are in various states of completeness. Complete, get rid of or whatever... just getting some of those handled

No goals! I have a busy month and still trying to get my room put together. In between I'm doing little bits of cardmaking and scrapbooking, but lots of organizing taking place.
Actually I have one birthday card I need to get out in the next few days, but that's the only "must do" I'm giving myself for June.

Linda you can check it out on Colie Bing’s Facebook group or You Tube channel. Or on Life in Layouts (Lisa Brooks) YouTube channel. Thank you so much for mentioning our challenge - we are figuring things out as we go, I will try and link videos here if I can. Basically we are working through the "boring" parts of the process and clean up our workflows, create better habits and not make layouts and then shove them on a shelf to deal with later. We broke it down into four phases - covering sorting photos, planning pages, creating them and all the finishing touches through putting them in their final homes. Our videos break down the thought process, as well as discuss how each of us works differently, thinks differently and is in a different phase of the hobby. My video

We leave for Spain in 2 1/2 weeks! We'll be there until the beginning of July so I'll be scrapping a little before we leave but then not doing anything scrappy until we get back. My only scrap goal for the month is enjoying my first (but hopefully not last) international trip & taking lots of photos of it.

Only 2 goals for June: finish my WITL album and catch up with PL. I'm going on a mini scrapbook retreat by myself this weekend and I printed out all the photos I'll need, packed up the WITL kit, a bunch of my sbtm kits that have been piling up, some plain pl cards, stamps+ink so I'm ready to go. As I'm just heading up to my family's cabin at the lake I have to pack all the other things but I'm so ready for a break by myself! Hopefully coming back refreshed creatively and mentally, with some completed projects.

I am doing a Daily Pages colour challenge this month. It's just a small notebook page or 3x4 card done in a different colour every day. I think I will break out some of my rarely used stamps for this.
I will do a sheetload of cards and my layout from the sketches class I'm in. I didn't catch up on my monthly pocket pages last month, so I'll see if I can get to it this month: March, April, and May (just photos need to be selected and printed.) I want to do a fancy card for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday and a father's day card for my father-in-law.
Thanks for this thread. It's really helpful to think about what I want to get accomplished.

Finally finished my WITL album! I may go back and add some stamping but on the whole I think I'm done with it. It was hard to get into any kind of flow with it, which was weird. Usually projects like that are right up my alley, with a clear beginning and end. I had great photos and I liked the kit but felt like I was missing something for umph? Not sure but it's basically done. Ready to move on to the next goal!
