My prompt for Double Stuff Weekend (sorry, but DSW is a shoe store to me) is a color inspiration thanks to Sarah Renae Clark's Color Cube. For any project during the month of June, earn one point per colour used, plus a bonus of FIVE points for at least 3 colours used, or TEN for at least 5, or TWENTY for all 6 in the same layout/card!

Here is my page for Linda’s sketch: And here is a very simple facing page. I need to add journaling, but I think no title— just letting the edited photos do that.

And here is my other LO from this morning. Not specifically for a DSW prompt, but I used a tag, some twine, some of my letter stickers and some pop dots from my page kit.

Linda I will say it every time I see your pages, I love what you have done with this kit. Each page looks so different, even using the same supplies. Great job! And I really like that sketch. I'm going to build a kit and that Bro's Amazing looks like a collection I should be breaking into. Thanks for reminder I have that grammadee ! The layouts of DGD are gorgeous! Just amazing. And a beautiful color challenge as well. I guess I should get busy and earn some double points this weekend! Great challenge combo!

Thank you joyfulnana - I'm really enjoying using the kit. I think I don't do that more often because I have to dig around and find photos that'll work rather than starting with the photos and looking for papers that'll work.

one more layout with the kit (PP, cardstock, stickers, cutapart) - this one didn't come together as easily and I think it's because I was working with white background pp which I do find much harder to use - all that white seems to throw me off a bit. Photos are from 2010 - the little black and white kitten (Mini) is the only one left - he's 14 now. Last layout with my kit (PP, cardstock, die cut, branding strip) plus some print and cuts and a (modified) sketch from the Scrapbook Fun Summit this weekend. And what's left from the kit (which will be getting dispersed into my stash) - minus the remaining alpha stickers which are currently awol.

Here is my kit that I made grammadee . I used the colours from Shakti's colour palette. My colours look a bit darker, but I entered the exact colour numbers into Photoshop eg. 0f334b for the dark blue.

Haven't had much scrappy time today - and I've found I don't have as many photos that work with this kit as I expected...but one layout done (PP, enamel dots, stickers, cardstock)

Had some time to play with paper today. (One hour this morning and three this afternoon). Sharing them here now , but will edit a bit and drop into the Gallery later. Finished one of the LO’s I started Thursday Used the papers I fussy cut Friday: Then I went on to complete this two pager with my page kit, yesterday’s sketchy Saturday sketch, and a few extras: And lastly, I used the May 24th Sketchy Saturday sketch for this page. Not sure if this will be my June calendar page or not…

Hoping people had fun with this mini weekend crop. But remember that we can keep playing! Quick reminder that the points outlined in OP are good to use for the rest of the month--just not doubled. So make a kit from my prompt. Use the kit. Kill it and make another. Use Linda's sketch--as many times as you like! Be inspired by Shakti 's colour palette. Have fun! I am hoping to catch up on comments by the end of this week.
