A better job for DH would top my list.
If he were to get one of those jobs, we could move from where we are now to a lower COL area and actually be able to buy a house.
Apart from that... for my parents and father in law to remain in good health (they're about to be 62, 72, and almost 70), a healthy cat (she's good right now, but she has flare ups that always concern us), and a craft room. Haha.
