I can't get past all the white - my family would have that place looking dingy in no time!

For $6.5 mill, they could have more than 13 pictures! I like the garden and the kitchen. I find everything else decorated in HGTV bland.

I like it but it seems for 6 million it should be a bit bigger.

$6.5M…..I’m thinking I’m glad I don’t live in San Francisco. It’s a nice house but it needs color.

When I worked in SF my usual yarn store was around the corner from that house so I used to walk by it a lot. Honestly surprised that it’s that big—it looks smaller from the outside. Not a fan of whatever they’ve done to it.

I think the price is fair for that neighborhood and how large of a house it is... and it has two car parking!!! a rare item. but you would have to be ready to have people on your doorstep year round. it is in a good location.. near high end shops and restaurants, near japantown, easy bus commute to downtown,
I live in a family neighborhood.. and just down the street, a redone house with no charm, no view (apartment building will be built across street). 5 bed 4 bath.. almost no yard 2.25 million.
so that is sort of the middle price in that area.

How do you get the 2nd car in and out of the garage?

I like it. Love the kitchen. And the location is fabulous - it’s a few blocks from Fillmore which is one of the best shopping and dining streets in SF.

Overall, I really like it! But, I assume there is no direct access from the garage level to the main level? You have to carry everything outside to the sidewalk and then up the outside stairs? Unless there is a stairwell on the other side of the bedroom down there. And as mentioned above, how on the world do you get a second car into that garage??

I can't imagine paying those property taxes every year!
House is beautiful inside and out. I can't afford it, though.

I think there is a stairs in the back right.. sort of off the drawings. at that price point, you don't need many photos
and you just take your time and go back and forth for a bit to get the first car in, then pull the second car straight in.. esp if that first car is small. with mandatory street cleaning every other week, I would love a space for the second car, even if it would take a bit of work. I can barely put one car in my garage space. it was built in horse and carriage age..

I like it except for that enclosure thing where the stove is. And the 2 car parking? No. I could only have one car. I'm not dealing with that.
It is weird to think of that as the Full House, house. I like this one much better.

It's totally "meh" to me. I think that's the danger in jumping in on a trend sometimes. No matter how high end the finishes of this house may be, I am just so burnt out on white & gray interiors, that they all become "meh" to me, whether are a carefully designed, high-end renovation, or a DIY-flip using nothing but the lowest price Home Depot offerings.
The location, of course, is iconic. But even that doesn't do much for me, because I wouldn't actually want to live in that location.

I think it's a beautiful home and inviting back yard, what a great location too, but $6.5 M, whoa nelly!!

I love the paint color in the kitchen. AND that it is large enough to have that navy in the kitchen.
Overall, yep, I could live there. Trying to figure out what body parts I would need to sell to afford it. The garage does give me pause though. And I want to see the bathrooms. Because those are important to me.

It looks very curated and perfect aesthetically. It lacks charm, personality and a feeling of home.

I actually love everything about it! 3700 sq ft is small? I think a lot of people just expect huge for $6 million, and in SF, $6 million won’t get you huge. 3700 feet is still quite large, and is a lot of space in a big city!

Hahaha I’m over here on the other coast in Boston… honestly, 6.5 will barely get you that in the suburbs. Close to Beacon/Common/Newbury St in the city, it’ll be smaller for sure.

How do you get the 2nd car in and out of the garage? " very carefully" hahahahah
Either have a beetle car/VW bug, or it is not happening.

I love it.. it does need some personal touches, it is just showy to me.. but I think anyone could make it homey. I'm not surprised at the price, that is typical for SFO and that area. I can't believe people just don't know how expensive it is to live there. There should be more pictures though.. bathrooms?? I bet the view is just gorgeous.

a determined SF parker.. would have no problem with that garage. parking is the first thing you think about when you go anywhere.. Am I going to drive or take the bus or take an uber or waymo (no driver) car? if you drive, you learn to parallel park in tiny spaces, on hills and people just don't realize what a big conversation it can be here.. esp with $100 tickets for street cleaning.
after all my adult life here.. mostly with a stick shift car, I don't have problems driving around. there is some street parking at that house.. if you get the annual residential permit.
