happy anniversary to us! here's to more funny conversations about returning carts to the corral, flushing public toilets with our feet or hands, new colors of fiesta dishes, and what kind of kitchen aid mixers to get.
but in all seriousness, i appreciate the support the peas give to fellow peas. the anonymous hand cheers to good news and gentle hand holding during the bad. not to mention the wealth of information to steer our way and the general comradery.

It is imperfect, but somehow we are still here. I'm so grateful to you all for continuing to keep this wonderful community alive. I very rarely post as 'myself' these days, but I still witness all the kindness and support, the fun and fluff, the passion and thought-provoking debate, and I love it. Peas, you are the best. |

Wow, ten years! I’m sure we can all recall the feeling when we went to log in at the old site only to find the notice that it was gone. I hit refresh a couple of times, thinking it was some kind of joke or scam that my almost daily hangout place was no longer there. I was so thankful when one of the two people that knew my email let me know about this site. I was relieved and excited at the same time. I still try to stop in daily to keep up on everything. I refer to you guys as “my internet friends” when relating something that I have learned and want to pass on to my IRL friends. Thank you all for making this place a kinder one too.
