We set a hearing for September. He called in instead of zoomed in.
Then he agained argued with the judge, admittes he hadnt done what he was supposed, listed all his excusea, all while she rolled her eyes and he couldnt see it.
I self representedand likely will at the court date as well as my position is pretty cut and dry. He was order to pay, he did not, so he is in contempt. He says he will bring a lawyer
Man, he is frustrating...just pay the damn thing!!
OP I filed contempt on my xh back in March for not paying the taxes he was ordered to pay in our permanent orders. I've had to file an extension for my taxes so they don't take my refund to pay this debt.
I'd love positive thoughts that the judge forces him to pay.

I don't know the ins and outs of the court system you are dealing with but in any country it's probably a bad idea to land yourself in contempt. Hopefully his lawyer(another cost for him to bear) puts him straight.
