Ebay. I watched a video this morning of two ladies getting ready to scrap Yellowstone. I think the mom is a CM consultant. They had the cutest punch of mountains used on a circle cut. I went to find that punch and it selling for way too much money. I have the snow capped mountains punch, but really like this one. I love punches, but I would never spend that money on one even though I could use it on tons of layouts. It is called the Majestic Mountain punch. Just sad. What is your limit for something you love, but just can't pull the trigger? I am guessing it was originally in the $30 range. ETA: I actually prefer the Alpine Mountain punch to this one. There are three different ones and I have the snow capped mountains punch. I have joined a CM resell group, so maybe I can find it there. I did find one for $40, but googled the website and it is a major scammer's site! Update: I joined three FM groups selling CM and someone sold me a new one for $29. Whew. I paid for it this morning and had the tracking number about an hour later. She used to vacation in Colorado Springs, where I live, so we had a chat about that too.

Ugh--well, that would be above my own personal limit, (mostly because I'm a paper fanatic and I could get so much paper for that same amount, LOL!) but if you really love it, and it's within your hobby spending parameters, then I'm right here ready to enable the heck out of---go buy the punch! Seriously, though, before you buy it on Ebay, did you check other places like Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, etc. to see if anyone there might be selling it for a bit less? If not, then it becomes like when I want some old October Afternoon papers---you have to either let it go and live without it, or decide "Why Not??" and go for it instead. If you do decide to buy it, I hope you love the daylights out of it. (And hey, I suppose if you ever tire of it, you could resell it on Ebay again! )

That type of punch originally was $28.50. My biggest marked up in price splurge was $50 on eBay for a ‘Scallop Dot’ Border Maker Cartridge which originally was $19.50. It is a rare retired one, I love it and it is versatile so I don’t regret it.
I only buy NIB (new in box) if you want new be careful on Etsy because I often see used punches on there. But if you don’t care about that maybe you can find a used one for less money.
P.S. the listing linked above is for a different punch?

Have you posted an ISO (in search of) on any of the Buy/sell/trade FaceBook groups? If not, I would start there, you might find someone who isn't trying to fund their retirement and get it for a decent price!
Good luck and let us know if you do find one!

Sometimes I don't try to buy the punch itself, but buy the "punchies" of that punch on Etsy or Ebay. They're usually under$5 with shipping.
Especially if it is not a super versatile punch that I will use dozens of times.

I watched a video this morning of two ladies getting ready to scrap Yellowstone You Tube makes me want to buy stuff people use too. Also Pinterest which is really bad because often the products are older which are harder to track down. I am digressing here but it goes to show how valuable having someone show layouts using the products can be.

There was a honeybee set I just had to have a while ago...I loved it and thought long and hard about it and decided yes. No regrets! You know in your gut if it's a flash in the pan or not...and if you will use it and love it and can afford it, I say life is short, go for it.

If YOU think you'd use it too, go for it! Tonight I just added 285 mountain goat photos to my photo editing software. Need to get it down to about 4-6. The goats are all on the mountains with such great backgrounds. Look at that face!

This washi tape just popped up on my Facebook page. I've never ordered from them, so not sure about the quality.

Could you find a similar metal die? Do you have a die cutter? I have all the things. Well, many. I just want to be able to make cuts all around a 10 inch circle.

you could probably clean this up better with some more time, but here's a basic conversion. svgshare.com/s/17j_

If you still don’t want to part with $100 for the punch, I bet you could get a custom order from one of the Etsy sellers to do a circle border with that punch. I just watched the video you referenced though, and now I want all the punches (and I don’t even have a need for them 😂). I’m thinking you should just get the punch 😜

I got nosy and looked for that video but the one I found it is a mother and daughter but they are using the Alpine Mountains border punch on a circle for a Yellowstone title page. Somebody in the comments under the video called it the Majestic Mountain punch but in the video she says Alpine Mountains. Now I am confused. www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-oCZic3Ocg&ab_channel=Mom%27sCreativeMomentswithKimSpilmanP.S. Watching this video reaffirms why I prefer to scrapbook alone

I find the grace feature really easy to use with the Silhouette software and think that it does a good job. Especially if you take the time to go in and clean up any weird points or excessive points.

I believe I know what 2nd hand store you are talking about. I haven't been there in awhile and last time there wasn't much, although I did score a ton of some old templates for $1. (I can't remember the name of the company, but they were usually 12x12 squares you could turn in all four directions for different layouts, they were white plastic). I think I need to revisit one of these days.
