I have aspirations to one day just do one layout with Mintay paper where I do all the fussy cutting and layering and build a really detailed page, but my photos really just don't lend themselves to that. In the Christmas lines, I really like the papers that have a cable knit print on the b-side. We have freezing winters here and I live in Sweaters from October to April, so these can be good backgrounds for Christmas/winter pages.
I do like their Chippies, in particular the autumn set, the round ornaments and the Christmas frames.
The ghosts are super cute and I wish I had a use for them.

I like the colors in AUTUMN SPLENDOR. I think they are unusual for fall, and I like that. Plus, I think it makes the overall collection more versatile. I could use the blue & ivory sheets for winter, for example. I also absolutely love some of the images on the different elements--the pumpkins & pumpkin pie, and the chipmunks, in particular. I don't think I would buy a 12x12 pack or collection, but I could see myself buying a small pad, or individual papers, and possibly some embellishments if they feature those elements I really liked. ***** IN MY CRAFTROOM is not for me at all. When I look at any sort of scrapbook product the first thing I care about it color, and those colors just aren't ones I ever use. ***** MERRY & JOY and CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS: I'm seeing a trend for sweater papers this season. Eventually I might tire of them, but for now I like them, and I'd probably enjoy having a few in different colors, so I think I might buy just those. Because while I do really, really like that they have brought in other colors besides red & green, I'm still just at Christmas overload when in comes to my paper stash. So in order for me to want to buy a lot of any holiday line this year, it's going to need to be just absolutely up my alley. ***** The CHIPPIES are just not a product I buy, no matter how cute some of them may be.

I do really like the colors in Merry and Joy. I find their papers a little hard to scrapbook with, but like cardmaking with them.

overall Mintay isn't a brand I buy - pretty to look at but too pastel and too fussy for me to use. I do like the chippies but not sure if I would use them.

In general....I think the craft room line is cute, but all the flowers all over it......is a turnoff.
Why is it necessary to flowers on and around everything?

Ironically, the color scheme and one of the papers from In My Craft Room looks similar to the room I scrap in! I even have a replica vintage Victorian chair with floral tapestry in the same color, alternating off white and aqua floor length curtains, and a beige and wood desk like that with a hutch. I scrap hidden in the corner because my crop cubes, standing desk, office chair, and bookcases are all white modular furniture that somehow still work in the room because I hid them in the corner. I don’t have tchotchkes everywhere though.
I digress.
I obviously love the colors and of course I HAVE to have that collection! This is probably the first time I’ve ever thought “I absolutely need that scrappy collection!”.
I also adore the Merry & Joy Christmas line with the minty color. I think it’s beautiful but alas, I don’t have any photos that would match that paper. Our current Christmas decor would not match it either. Same with the aqua autumn line. If my yorkie had not taken up permanent residence at rainbow bridge I’d have a full on photo shoot with aqua pumpkins. My table and autumn place settings match but I’m not scrapping them.
I’m not feeling the shade of blue in the Christmas Blessings line.

Again, I am not in the market for Christmas crafty supplies, but a few comments:
The craftroom line has too many pastels for me. If it matches your room, you absolutely need it, @petscrapper!
I love the soft greens and blues in the holiday collections, and the softer autumn colours.
I am drawn to the gorgeous scenes on the papers, but have no idea what I would do with them. Maybe if there is 6x6 size I could put a scene in the corner of my 12x12 page? Or slice off a 4x6 piece to pop onto a card front?

I mostly looked at the cut apart sheets. I don't know that I would ever buy them but there are some really pretty 3x4s I could see using on cards. The Halloween stuff caught my attention especially.

The chippies are cool but no need for them.
Mintay isn't my style.

But even then, I rarely buy the individually, only winding up with any if they come in a pad or kit. Or perhaps some people might create or alter album covers to use the full sheets, but I have never tried that.

Mintay isn't really my style, but I occasionally get a sheet or two to make cards or play with in some other way. For some reason, both of the Christmas collections are really catching my eye. I may grab more than just a few sheets with these. I like the peeled paint paper in the Autumn collection. I do NOT like the craft room collection. Why does there have to be so much pink? Just my opinion though.

I usually do like the B sides of Mintay. So much fussy cutting, though.
Autumn Splendor - Pretty. I like the cable sweater paper and the peeling paint one. The hedgehogs and chipmunks are adorable. In My Craftroom - Gorgeous, but I'm out of my shabby chic period. The icons are nice. I love some of the b-sides, particularly the sweater (both sides) and the torn fabric. Merry & Joy - This is very pretty. I'll probably get some of this. I particularly like the sweater papers, the ornaments, and the deer. Christmas Blessings - I don't like this one as much- old Santas and nutcrackers creep me out. The blue is nice. I like the wood paper, and of course, the sweater paper. Chippies (marked Coming Soon) - I do use these. I wish they were white, though. They are cream so they usually need painted. The autumn one is a possibility. While I was looking I saw that I missed the ocean one from the last release. I might get that, too.

I think photos would need to be B&W to work with those papers. It would probably look lovely in contrast to those aquas, teals, and pinks. Maybe not so good against the warmer autumn undertones.

I like the colors in the two Christmas lines. Do I need more Christmas paper? Nope! Will I get some anyway? Yes!

Def would rather they came that way.

Their lines are always beautiful to look at but so intimidating that I rarely buy them, and then usually for the more usable to my style b-sides.
I like the softer colour palette in the Autumn line but don't have a need for it.
I don't dislike the crafty line, but the b-sides in this are not really my style (although as a cat person I loved playing spot the kitty on the a-sides!)
I like the star paper on the reverse of the cut aparts in the Christmas Blessings line, and I like the pink and aqua in the Merry & Joy line, but don't care for any of the other pieces.

This thread reminded me to get my Mintay paper out. I did a beach layout with Mintay paper yesterday. I love it. You just have to crop the paper or fussy cut around stuff to make it work. Although I have no idea what to do with the very busy ones that have a scene that takes up the whole page. I often use 49 & Market embellishments with Mintay paper.
I have a carnival line that has cute animals on it. I just got back from the beach/boardwalk and we hit some arcades so I'm going to see if I can do something with it.

I am going to keep Christmas blessings in mind for a future dd I have planned to use all my gold and neutrals as I think the papers on this collection would work well. Once again the icons are not my style so I’d probably be only looking at the papers, especially the b sides as always 🤭
And I don’t mind the santa in merry and joy but I would never find a home for him on one of my pages

Some of those stencils look fun. The steampunk one I'd like to play around with. I also think that circuit board could be pretty cool.
And of course I like some of the really versatile ones like the brick wall, doilies, handwriting, etc.

This company is also too vintage for me. I’m also not a fan of most of the color palettes.
I do, however, like a couple of b-sides. I did just get one of their cloud/sky papers that is just beautiful.

I have to REALLY like pattern paper to pay $1.29-$1.99
I can understand if you are going to cut out the elements, but not the other side.
In my craftroom feels very Rachel Ashwell shabby chic.

TIA.

I don't use vellum, myself, so those are not of interest, nor are the tags.
To spend $10 on a pack (even with 20 tags) feels like a lot to me when I can just cut out my own from kraft or white cardstock, which I can buy in large quantities for that same $10. If they were some special shape, I might feel differently, but to cut out a tag like that would be very simple & quick to do--at least for me.
As for the elements sheets--except for the windows & doors (which I LOVE, but can't imagine what I would do with, unfortunately--cards, maybe?), many of the elements either need to be cut out sticker style with a white border, or else they are what I think of as extreme fussy cutting. My vision issues mean I am not as good at extreme fussy cutting as I used to be, so I don't think I would look to buy those, even if I really liked them. I do think that the fact that there are paper, not stickers adds versatility for someone who likes both fussy cutting and using busy papers, since they could use the pages either way.

I like the Windows &Doors elements. These would be fun to cut with an xacto knife to open on a page ot a card front.

I like the idea of the circuit board stencil but I rarely use stencils. I like vellum and those are pretty but I'm not sure they are $3+ pretty. As for the tags - I can cut those myself. The fussy cutting elements aren't really my style.
