What do you immediately think of when you see MCM? Every single time I see it I think of "man crush monday" and I'm always wondering what that has to do with real estate listings. Do you think "mid-century modern" or something else entirely?

I live in an MCM house -- or actually what we call around here, "mid-century meets southern." So yes, I am quite familiar with the acronym.

When I see MCM, my first thought is the MGM in Vegas. lol
I usually forget what it means and have to google it each time I read it.

Without context, like the thread title, I think of Roman numerals, but then I come to my senses and realize it's mid-century modern.

I definitely think mid-century modern. I know a woman with a double first name (Mary Claire), whose initials are MCM, but beyond those 2, I don't know of anything else that could be mcm.  |
